It is SO nice to have a repair person come and actually be honest! So this company seemed really busy, spelled my name wrong, address was wrong, etc, I was annoyed, but stuck with them and was so glad i did. When the repair man (Bibi) came, he said the $80 consultation visit/fee would come off the final bill, and it did! We needed a new door-button, but because the appliance is ten years old, he had to find a whole new "face" to fit the button. so he searched, found it, put it in, and it cost $220 for two visits and the new part. To find the problem he checked out all the electrical stuff, he said the dryer was still in good condition, which was nice to hear, as we don't use it much. Bibi seemed friendly and skilled, I would use them again.

My Samsung dryer stopped drying so of course took to yelp for direction. I reached out to 4 repair…read morecompanies, all responded at relatively the same time, but were quite different in responses from price, but also in customer service. Am I ever glad I went with Appliance Masters! Eugene responded with his quote for labour, and also included in the initial response, his opinion on the two things that were likely the issue. Right off the bat he quoted on the heating element, both from factory or generic, and did not try to up sell me at all, but rather was proactive and brought the generic piece with him, anticipating that was going to be my preference, which it was. He showed up within the window he gave, was very polite and professional and immediately asked me if I wanted him to wear a mask before he even came inside. He got to work quickly and efficiently and now I have a working dryer, and a 100% go to guy for the next fix! Thanks Eugene!

Capital Appliance was sent out by Electrolux as my fridge was having a lot of condensation issues…read moreand was under warranty. Capital Appliance did not fix my fridge that was under warranty from Frigidaire. My fridge is now out of warranty. The request was put in April. Their tech came out in April, nothing was replaced or fixed. No one came back out until September to replace a back panel. That did not fix the condensation issue. The tech's damaged the fridge, floors, and oven. The tech cracked a hole in my fridge that condensation is not getting into. The owner Robert made it seem he was working with Electrolux to replace the fridge unit. Is not responsive to emails and phone calls. Found out from Electrolux that Capital Appliance closed my file behind by back. They lied to Electrolux about the diagnosis, lied about fixing the fridge, lied about the parts that were fixed, and pushed my fridge outside of warranty. My fridge is still not fixed and the owner/business will not respond to my emails. I would not recommend Capital Appliance and I would not recommend Frigidaire/Electrolux products.
