When they learned another company would be involved in repairing a circuit board (which they don't do) they promptly cancelled their call. Excuse was potential liability which was garbage as they weren't being asked to do anything other than removal...no repair and no re-installation. All stems from the fact another company would be involved...corporate childness. Unreliable and very unprofessional...call someone else if you want to be treated as a valued customer.

This story starts 7 years ago when my daughter broke my recently serviced sewing machine. It tipped…read moreover in the back of her car. She took it someplace and they "fixed" it, but it never worked quite right. The tension was difficult to manage. I called Henry a few weeks ago, after the machine seized up completely. Henry came to my house, cleaned the machine, got in running, but the tension was still not right. He took apart the tension assembly, realized there was a piece missing, and told me where I could order a new one. That part arrived yesterday. It was easy to install. Now my old Singer zigzag machine works like a dream. The tension is perfect. Thanks Henry. I should have called you years ago. Worth every penny.

I even help him with some of the scews that were tuff to get out. He showed me where to use the oil and what kind. He took time to make sure that each compoment was functioning properely. At the end he demonstrated it to make sure it was working right especially with the stitches. All was good. the tension was too loose and found out that the little screw needed to be tightened. He was very kind and we had a good chat. He even gave me some needles because I did not have any. I will get him back again to check out my other machine that I have in a cabinate

He came took time to point out the Dead water pump, and also some of the other parts that were in poor condition. The unit was 15 years old. After deciding a new unit was need, he gave some comments on the different manufactures that were out there, as well as what I should be asking about the cost. Delivery, removal of the old, install, and new hoses. I got a call from him next morning to make sure new hoses were included, as he wasn't sure if he had mentioned them. thank you, Peter

My cooktop stopped working, and after trying to contact 4 different 'google rated' service shops…read morewithout success, my neighbor referred me to Peter. I am glad he did. Peter was in the area, and arranged to come within a couple hours. He was properly masked, had all of his tools, and went straight to work. Within 15 minutes he discovered the problem. The bad news was that the stove could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. Peter gave me some recommendations on new stoves to consider, which to avoid, and even which retailers to contact. He also alerted me about a couple installation issues I might encounter, given my countertop configuration. All really valuable advice. Peter is also a very pleasant guy, and is easy to talk to. I recommend him.

Hi .. I had a technician sent by Totem Appliance to help me…read morefix my LIEBHERR fridge in the end he took some parts form my fridge without my knowledge. He came twice the fist time told me he needed to oder parts and second time said it cant be fixed and returning the parts he ordered there was a fee also need to pay by me. Then he had someone came help him moving stuff, they came with one bag and leave with two bags. I found out today they took some part of my fridge. I hire someone  help me open the back of the fridge .. look at this photo everything gone and they took it ..  Totem appliance CALL ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!INV#S00895114 I left a messge it is not good you hire someone like this and I will call local news and of course report to the police. Yesterday they came into repair my all in one washing/dryer machine…read more The tech called me in the morning to let me know that he was coming. I asked that he send me video of the machine working before he left. He said not a problem. I was told when booked it would be around a 2 hour job. I had a family member come to be present in my place as I was working. He left after 45 minutes. Did not call me until after he left. He sent 3 pics of the dryer filter. Confirmed that he fixed drainage code and dryer filter. Family member went to start a load and taps were still off. OE code came up about 45 minutes later and my basement was soaked I texted technician and no reply. I called the company. Offer to send out a new tech next week. I said my basement is soaked and still don't have a washing machine. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
