UPDATE: Tabitha phones after she had spoken to the owner and…read morerescheduled appointment at no charge . She was unaware of the whole issue. There was a piece of plastic in the replacement part that was installed so the line was checked and now everything works great. My fridge was experiencing issues with the water line. I was charged the diagnostic fee on the first visit. They came and assessed it and determined it need a $200 part. Once they completed the repair, the water line still didn't work so it was recommended that I defrost my fridge and freezer. I did so and nothing has changed, in fact it is worse. It now makes a loud noise when processing the ice and the water line still does not work. I emailed Tabitha and she said that I would need to pay another $95 fee for them to come and look at it as it has been over 30 days and if it is the part it would be covered under warranty. My issue is that the original issue was never rectified so why would I now need to pay an additional fee, warranty or not.
