So, i was tempted to give this company four stars, just so i would be believed as i don't give many…read morereviews, however, they deserve five, so that is what i am giving. It is SO nice to have a repair person come and actually be honest! So this company seemed really busy, spelled my name wrong, address was wrong, etc, I was annoyed, but stuck with them and was so glad i did. When the repair man (Bibi) came, he said the $80 consultation visit/fee would come off the final bill, and it did! We needed a new door-button, but because the appliance is ten years old, he had to find a whole new "face" to fit the button. so he searched, found it, put it in, and it cost $220 for two visits and the new part. To find the problem he checked out all the electrical stuff, he said the dryer was still in good condition, which was nice to hear, as we don't use it much. Bibi seemed friendly and skilled, I would use them again.

This story starts 7 years ago when my daughter broke my recently serviced sewing machine. It tipped…read moreover in the back of her car. She took it someplace and they "fixed" it, but it never worked quite right. The tension was difficult to manage. I called Henry a few weeks ago, after the machine seized up completely. Henry came to my house, cleaned the machine, got in running, but the tension was still not right. He took apart the tension assembly, realized there was a piece missing, and told me where I could order a new one. That part arrived yesterday. It was easy to install. Now my old Singer zigzag machine works like a dream. The tension is perfect. Thanks Henry. I should have called you years ago. Worth every penny.

I had great work done on my old Kenmore sewing machine by Henry. He took it apart as I was…read morewatched him. He told me what to do. I even help him with some of the scews that were tuff to get out. He showed me where to use the oil and what kind. He took time to make sure that each compoment was functioning properely. At the end he demonstrated it to make sure it was working right especially with the stitches. All was good. the tension was too loose and found out that the little screw needed to be tightened. He was very kind and we had a good chat. He even gave me some needles because I did not have any. I will get him back again to check out my other machine that I have in a cabinate

My cooktop stopped working, and after trying to contact 4 different 'google rated' service shops…read morewithout success, my neighbor referred me to Peter. I am glad he did. Peter was in the area, and arranged to come within a couple hours. He was properly masked, had all of his tools, and went straight to work. Within 15 minutes he discovered the problem. The bad news was that the stove could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. Peter gave me some recommendations on new stoves to consider, which to avoid, and even which retailers to contact. He also alerted me about a couple installation issues I might encounter, given my countertop configuration. All really valuable advice. Peter is also a very pleasant guy, and is easy to talk to. He came took time to point out the Dead water pump, and also some of the other parts that were in poor condition. The unit was 15 years old. After deciding a new unit was need, he gave some comments on the different manufactures that were out there, as well as what I should be asking about the cost. Beware using their service, called them to fix my parents fridge just before Xmas holidays and the…read moretech while working on the fridge loosened water line and didn't properly push the fridge back, my parents woke up the next morning to a flooded basement. When we called them, they refused to help or acknowledge poor work and the damage they caused to my parents home, which now will take 10k to repair, a project and cost we didn't need. Very disappointed with their workmanship, and customer service with no offer to respond or help resolve. Would stay away if you have another option for your appliance repair.

He came twice the fist time told me he needed to oder parts and second time said it cant be fixed and returning the parts he ordered there was a fee also need to pay by me. Then he had someone came help him moving stuff, they came with one bag and leave with two bags. I found out today they took some part of my fridge.
