When I pointed it out, there was no apology, just a flat, borderline dismissive response that made me feel like I was the problem for bringing it up. I get that working a busy coffee counter isn't always glamorous, but a basic level of professionalism and a simple "sorry about that" go a long way. Neither happened here.
