I ordered a half "the works" bagel which is supposed to have smoked salmon. I've ordered this before, so I knew what to expect, but to my surprise they put soooo little salmon on my bagel. For $11 this is crazy, considering the heirloom tomato bagel is $7 and the only difference between the two is the salmon and some capers. I don't know if it was a one time thing but inconsistency in preparation is not a great look especially when I'm spending this much money on a half bagel. I'm posting a pic of my bagel vs the pic they have on the mobile app (I know it's not gonna be like that in real life but the difference is kinda crazy lol) the reason I come here is because I can order a half bagel, but if it's going to continue this way I'll be getting full bagels at boichick across the street instead.
