Yes, its a bit pricier than the neighboring restaurants but I think if you appreciate quality than it is totally worth it. First came out the delicious bag of fried gnocchi. They were seconds out of the oven fresh. Flaky, a bit crispy, but entirely soft in the middle. Simply amazing. I didn't stop until the bag was empty. I had the gnocchi in a light tomato sauce as my lunch. Again, simple but cooked to perfection, soaking up all the sauce on the plate. I cannot wait to visit the region but for now this will have to do!

Both tasted like they'd been frozen beforehand and were among the worst meals we've had in Italy. What made it worse was the service. We were completely ignored the entire time. When we did get served, it was no eye contact and just staring at us to tell the server what we wanted (and that was after I had to wave them down!) At first, I thought they were giving us privacy, but everyone around us had their tables cleared and were offered dessert while we sat with our finished plates for at least five minutes. When we finally got up to leave, they stopped us to offer dessert, which was a nice gesture, but by then, the experience had already soured. There was no music playing either, making the whole meal feel awkwardly silent. With so many great options in Milan, I wouldn't recommend this one.
