DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!…read more I posted a review several months ago about Ridgetop CoffeeTop consistently running out of coffee and giving customers a 16-ounce cup when they actually paid for a 20-ounce cup. As a result of that review, I spoke with Christina, who manages the shop. She was genuinely sincere, apologized for the issues, and assured me that things were going to change. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. On Friday, July 10, at approximately 9:30 a.m., I visited the shop again. I was the fifth person in line, looking at my phone, when I heard the first customer being told they had no coffee. He immediately walked out. The next two customers ordered iced tea. The fourth customer, who was directly in front of me, ordered two cups of coffee. I clearly heard the employee tell him there was no coffee available and that he would have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Although he was obviously frustrated, he agreed to wait and took a seat. When it was my turn, I asked the cashier if I had heard correctly that there was currently no coffee. She confirmed they were about to brew a fresh pot. I pointed out that five customers had already been in line and that this was a coffee shop with no coffee available. After already turning away one customer and asking another to wait, only then were they starting a new pot? The cashier responded with an attitude, saying, "You'll just have to wait 5 to 10 minutes." This is exactly what I discussed with Christina months ago. I simply do not understand how a coffee shop can repeatedly run out of coffee. At a minimum, there should always be another pot brewing or ready so customers are not left waiting 5 to 10 minutes after placing an order. That is poor planning and poor customer service. It is clear that nothing has changed since my conversation with Christina. I asked if either Christina or Dan, the other manager, was available, and I was told there were no managers on duty. At that point, I walked out. I cannot recommend spending your time or money at a coffee shop that repeatedly fails to have coffee available. It would be like going to a grocery store with no groceries. If a business specializes in coffee, customers should reasonably expect coffee to be available.

I've enjoyed the Smoked salmon toast, the Benedict Salmon, and the Sausage, egg, and cheese on a Croissant. Often times - all the seating is unavailable due to how many customers they have. The staff of Cuppi Coffee is awesome! #CuppiCoffee

It is already pretty sweet and it's so tasty hot, especially on cold winter days Matcha egg waffle is made fresh and so scrumptious! It is better than the original. I don't like it with ice cream bc the ice cream makes everything cold and cool off fast so the texture of the waffle is different The waffle is made fresh so it takes about 15-20 min. It's usually calm and chill in this location. If you're free from 2-5 pm, they have $5 bobas!

My favorite drink is their strawberry matcha, it's super sweet at 100% sugar so I recommend getting it at 30% which is still sweet but not overkill. All of the employees are super friendly and make your drinks fast. They have a good amount of seating inside and outside. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because everyone I order the same drink, it's always made differently. One time there was barely any matcha and it was mostly milk.

There are tables for about 30 patrons, but some are often taken up by people on their laptops. You order your meal at the counter and a server brings you the food. The food is all very good and tastefully presented. One slight inconvenience is that they don't have simple "all American combos" like some other breakfast places. You can sort of build your own, but then the price gets pretty high for breakfast. Overall, great food, service and ambiance. Definitely plan to go back. PS - they have a couple tables out front but they are pretty close to parking lot traffic.

Their menu had a decent list of bingsoo flavors but I will say I missed the tart flavor that they used to have. We chose strawberry and the man at the counter was very friendly. Inside the restaurant it was decently filled with plenty of tables to sit at. They had a variety of different pastries and desserts. One helpful thing to know is they actually have a very large selection of cakes compared to other local bakeries. Once our bingsoo was ready was took it to our table and it did not disappoint. I would say Shilla has the top bingsoo in the area. We had a great time and probably spent an hour there. Will definitely be coming back.

Their bubble tea selection was large although interestingly enough they automatically do bubble teas as smoothies unless you request it to be a milk tea. I ordered the Misutgaru (grain powder) smoothie with boba whilst my friend ordered the Taro milk tea with ice and jelly. We liked the taste of both drinks although I've never seen Misutgaru at other boba shops. The boba was a tad overcooked - mushy, soft texture with minimal chewiness. There is plenty of parking, seating, and space inside. It's potentially a good place to study as it wasn't too loud. The bakery items during the weekday didn't have a lot of variety, so be warned. There seemed to only be one person manning the cash register as well as preparing the orders. However, the wait time wasn't too long. Overall, this place was okay and good if I had a sudden craving and was not willing to travel far. However, this is not somewhere I would crave to go.
