From the moment we walked in, the staff were so kind and friendly. The woman behind the counter immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help. I love small businesses that make you feel like you're a part of the family. Even though we weren't sitting in the cafe, I was obsessed with how open and clean it was. There's so much natural light and this would definitely be the perfect spot for a brunch date or coffee chat with friends. I ordered a belgian hot chocolate with oat milk and I adored how rich and creamy the chocolate was!! They made my drink perfectly and it stayed warm for hours while we were driving up to the pass. My boyfriend loved his Turkish Milk Tea, which he sweetened with sugar. I've tried iced milk tea but I've never had it hot, and the sip I had tasted of his drink was delicious! Neither of us had ever tried a Simit before and my taste buds loved with the light and airy texture of the dough. It tastes just like a sesame bagel and my boyfriend and I enjoyed sharing it. My boyfriend really appreciated how many authentic Turkish items were on the menu and that the flavours were so fresh and bold. We definitely will have to come back for lunch sometime!

Their selection is impressive--everything from classic coffee drinks to a variety of pastries, plus even beer and other beverages if you're stopping by later in the day. I had a savory biscuit with cheese and herbs that was great and the perfect pairing with my cortado. There were tons of other tempting options too, from pastries to bagels and more. Overall, just a really nice spot with great offerings and a relaxed atmosphere. Such a great find--I'll definitely be back!

I don't love how greasy their croissants and sandwiches are. I wish they had better breakfasts or served food with protein that was less oily. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a sandwich I've gotten from here, and I swear I try them at least every other month. The vibes totally make up for their gross sammies and are my favourite thing about this place!! I love coming here for a reading date or to craft and yap with friends. We ordered the half portions and it was perfect. The salsa on the Huevos Rancheros was delicious-- smoky, spicy, and had the perfect kick to balance the flavors of everything else going on the plate. The California Eggs Benedict came with grilled onions, which I absolutely loved. (You don't see onions typically in that dish.) Hash browns were meh. My favorite however was the avocado crema that came with the Breakfast Quesadillas. Creamy and flavorful-- they made the quesadillas sing. Quesadillas were scrumptious-- chock full of scrambled eggs, veggies, and green onions, this one is going to be on our repeat menu . We loved it so much that the person who served gave a complimentary cup to go as we were packing the leftovers. On that note I must say that the service was warm and attentive. We came on a weekday for brunch and were amazed to see how full it was. There was quite a bit of wait for lunch hour so this tells me how popular this place is. It didn't even taste like coffee, which makes me wonder what white coffee means. The little coffee shop also has a variety of other drinks some of them involving red bull or lotus energy. I liked the creativity, but I'd personally only come here for coffee and maybe a smoothie or one of their baked goods. They also have sandwiches. There was a daily special sign that said specialty drinks are 10% off, but I didn't see the sign until after I ordered and idk if my drink counted as a specialty drink or if I got the discount. Haha. Oh well. It felt good to support a local business even though drinks are half off at Starbucks every Friday in May. They haven't had yogurt in stock since and honestly I don't love their croissants (too oily), banana bread (no chocolate chips), or croissandwiches (again the croissant texture sucks). Please bring back Ellenos, or have better food, I want to be able to have breakfast when I come here with my friends.
