    Lines inside the cafe

I needed some caffeine and a seat while waiting for lounge admission 3 hours prior to flight departure--Caffe Nero looked like a promising option so we dropped by. The location is right in the center of Terminal 3, adjacent to an open seating/waiting area between shops and restaurants. Caffe Nero has its own seating section for customers with caffe tables configured for 2-4 guests. No seating inside the shop. The storefront has packaged fresh food like sandwiches, salads, a pastry display case with variety of pastries, then juices and waters in addition to their main offerings of coffee and tea drinks. Lines were steady and the store was bustling, though service was quick. It took about 5 minutes in line then to order, then another 5 minutes for drink to be ready. My pistachio iced latte £4.40 ($5.95) with soy milk was ok, the pistachio syrup was strong and a bit artificial tasting though my biggest issue was that it was waay sweet. I would've enjoyed it if it had half the amount of sugar. Maybe i'll just get a regular coffee if stop by again. Interestingly enough of the alt milks offered, soy milk was not extra though oatmilk and coconut milk was £0.50 more.

We were traveling from Mumbai to Tampa with a layover in London, and had about an hour before our connecting flight. While at Terminal 3, we stopped by Caffè Nero to grab coffee and snacks for the journey ahead. The café was busy, with a long queue of travelers waiting to place their orders. It took us about 20 minutes to reach the counter. We ordered a Cappuccino, Black Coffee, Waffle, Porridge, and a Croissant. Our drinks were served, and coffee was excellent--rich in flavor, well-brewed, and made from quality beans. The black coffee without sugar was especially smooth and bold, just how we like it. The snacks were also fresh and delicious, with the croissant being the highlight buttery and warm. Our kid enjoyed the porridge, which was both healthy and tasty. Overall, Caffè Nero was a perfect stop to grab a quick bite and quality coffee before our flight.

Great spot to stop and chill after a long flight. They have pastries and take away sandwiches too. We spent a couple of early hours there waking up after our flight brought us in at 6 am. Comfortable and varied seating is available.

Clotted cream container shattered upon opening and sprayed smalls shards of plastic on the contents!

Cream tea in LHR terminal 3 was scuffed. Wasn't expecting it to be amazing, but when I open the clotted cream the container shattered and sprayed smalls shards of plastic all over the contents! Even worse, the cup of green tea I ordered was only half full of hot water. Maybe they default to leaving space for (a lot of) milk but obviously people usually don't add milk to green tea...

This coffee shop was packed so I did have to wait a while to order. But when I did order I got my drinks quickly. They have a ton of grab n go foods and different drinks to order. The area where they were making drinks was pretty messy and dishes were piling up which was a little off putting as they seemed to struggle with where to place cups down to make drinks. I chalk it up to a rough and busy day though. My drink was good and woke me up which is good enough for me.

This was the first place that we stopped when landing at Heathrow. It looks and feels like your average airport coffee shop and it gets the job done. I'm not sure if it was just me, but I ordered my coffee and it came out way more hot than usual. I couldn't even hold it with the heat sleeve, so be cautious of that if you're looking to drink it quick. Other than that the staff were super nice and overall pretty quick.

Chocolate & Hazelnut Frappe / Substitute : Oat Milk & Dairy-Free Whip Cream

Fast service, friendly staff! Set up very nicely to be able to quickly grab food or drinks from the fridge areas as well. I wish they had menu's available to read while waiting in queue but unfortunately you'll just have to wait until you're close enough to read the menu board. I ordered a chocolate & hazelnut frappe with oat milk and vegan whip cream! I didn't even know I had the option of whip cream so I originally said no and the barista was kind enough to let me know there was a dairy-free whipped cream. She also made me aware that switching the frappe to oat milk would make the drink less thick, although I was aware I appreciated her letting me know; as I think people expect a certain texture in a frappe. It was really yummy and just the thing I needed while heading to my gate and waiting to board my flight!

Excellent food option at Heathrow Airport. I had to think twice about coming because the line was extremely long and it moved at a snail's pace. However, I was more than happy I did stick it out. I grabbed a couple croissant, fruit salad, an Americano and a tomato and mozzarella panini. As I continued to wait at my terminal, I decided to eat the panini-- I instantly wished I bought two, but unfortunately, you can't leave the terminal once they have scanned your passport. What an excellent sandwich-- the croissant was cool, but I could think about was that panini. I know the line moves slowly and it may cause you to leave, but I would definitely suggest getting a panini and having the staff toast it-- you won't regret it!

Landed in London and immediately needed some caffeine after a 10 hour flight. Caffe Nero was perfectly located near baggage claim to grab a latte before I headed to get a taxi. They offered two different types of coffee, strong or regular, which was really cool. My iced, non-fat sugar free vanilla latte was delicious. I noticed they have a selection of pastries and food as well. My only complaint is how warm it was inside the actually coffee shop- wouldn't want to hang their for too long.

Cool coffee shop at London Heathrow arrivals terminal.. super friendly staff. Good amount of sectioned off seating with a rustic chic feel. The Jazz music playing gives it a nice vibe. Got the iced Americano tasted great! Sis got a mocha and she loved it and a butter croissant ... she said it was delicious!

This has to be the sexiest airport coffee stand ever. It is as sleek as a Starbucks Reserve, with more agreeable prices. They have a host of sándwiches and pastries as well. The latte is delicious and strong qith its coffee taste. The color is perfect. I don't like my coffee too light.

Unexpected location for…read morerestaurant but you can really feel a local vibe here with a convenient store attached to it. Food is relatively good and service was fast. My wife and I tried the grilled chicken (peri-peri) and grilled octopus (porvo) and they both are prepared really good to my taste (we prefer a little bland or less salty and it just suits us). Highly recommended for tourist who wants to explore local faves around London. All the the other 3 couples who are with us enjoyed their own dish as well!

The main course were grilled salmon in lemon and butter sauce. This was really good in flavor and a hint of crispness from being grilled but the meat is tender. Then we had the grilled octpus. Man, this was the highlight of the day. Serving size was big. It was so good we ordered another for to go. This place is really close to the London Heathrow Airport and a must try if you're really hungry. They have their own parking spots (but really tight space, just like all of UK parking spaces where plus size people will have a hard time getting in/out of the car as the spaces between cars are really tight) They have paper towels in the restroom and some outdoor seating.

I have to say it was some of the best espresso and chocolate croissant I've had. Albeit a bit pricey on what you're receiving, the quality and grandiose more than makes up for it. This cafe has a limited menu featuring breakfast, pastries, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. We were there around 8am and the Louis Vuitton store adjacent to it was already open as well for folks who were in the mood to shop. The espresso was served in a beautiful glass adorned with the LV monogram symbols and the plate as well. Everything in each little detail was adorned with the monogram pattern. When I asked for sugar it was served shaped as a monogram flower. The napkin had a monogram flower and it was just so classy-ly done. What stood out to me was the croissant being brought by the chef himself and it was massive. There was powdered sugar sprinkled on top with the monogram flower shown in the sugar. The chocolate filling was made with some of the best chocolate one could have and the croissant itself was so flaky. It probably took me at least five to ten minutes to finish it because it was that big. Staff here was pretty friendly and I loved the touch of the bar decorated with three beautiful louis vuitton trunks. Take a moment to look around and appreciate the art, architecture, design, and interior decorating. It is all a blast.

This Starbucks is in a VERY busy, VERY chaotic food court-like area of Terminal 5 at Heathrow (nearish gate A9). I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are for, this was probably one of the most pleasant Starbucks experiences I've ever had at any airport. It's a little confusing about where to get in line, but the staff did a great job at calling people forward. I was greeted by a lovely young woman who was all smiles, was engaging and humorous with me about my drink order (which had a very personalizations that frequently get wrong when I'm ordering in person), took the time to repeat my drink order back to me. It just felt like a moment of calm and connection! My drink was made just right; the person who crafted it for me/handed it to me was also friendly! I had loads of time between flights, so I wasn't concerned about how long it took (it didn't seem like I waited long before they were calling my name!). Grabbing a coffee here, a salad from Pret, and finding a place to sit nearish the windows was a great way to spend a couple hours between flights!
