Super cute, Italian owned and dominated place! We came here on a snowy morning and had great sandwiches. Also ordered cafe macchiato and a hot chocolate and they were delicious. Everyone in there seemed to know each other, which added a really genuine family feel. The ingredients tasted really fresh, and the coffee was strong! If I'm being honest, the sandwiches weren't the best, but the family feel and friendliness really made up for it. I'll definitely be back for the coffee and the great vibes!

This is an amazing little Italian cafe in Medford. Its less than I mile down the road so my boyfriend and I like to go for a walk and get some Cappuccino or Gelato at night. I love how everyone sits outside with their coffee, it reminds me of the North End. The owners are so so sweet and they make amazing coffee drinks. They also do a great breakfast and have a lovely gelato selection. So glad to have Caffe del Mare in my neighborhood.

I stopped by on a snowy evening as I was craving for some hot latte. I was greeted by an old man and woman like a long lost friend. I ordered a mocha latte and was presented with a piping hot beverage. I didn't dig the taste of latte so much but would probably return to try other items on the menu. Extra star for the friendly owners.

Saigon Corner in Malden offers DELICIOUS wonton noodle soups & Hong Kong style food!…read moreTheir original location in Quincy is the one I've gone to for yearsss & we decided to give this one in Malden a try after realizing we wouldn't make it to the one in Quincy for dinner. This one stays open a little later than the one in Quincy! We got to talk to the owner after our meal & we learned that this location has been open for about a year. Really clean spot! Very different vibe from Quincy location. It's cleaner & they accept cash, card, & tap payments which is nice, since the one in Quincy is still cash only. Here's what we ordered to try: - fried dumplings (they were out of the fried wontons this day) - wonton beef stew noodle soup - wonton spicy beef satay noodle soup - lemon honey iced tea - mango slush The fried dumplings were delish! I like that the wrappers they use aren't too thick & they were perfectly crispy. Filling is similar to what they use for their wontons and the sauce on the side complemented the dumplings well. It was like a sweet & sour. The wonton beef stew noodle soup is my go-to. I really enjoy their wontons, they're always very flavorful & have a nice meat to shrimp ratio. Something that I find separates their wonton noodle soups from others in the Boston/Greater Boston area is that their soup broth is actually flavorful! I don't know why it's a thing that many spots have bland broth but that's exactly why I stick to getting my fix from Saigon Corner. ALSO, the way they cook their noodles is great! Al dente & has the perfect chew. I'm very picky about the way I like my noodles and they've always gotten it right. Wonton satay beef noodle soup was hitting the spot! We both agreed that we actually liked the food at this location more than the Quincy one. It is slightly better, in flavor and overall cleanliness. Lemon honey iced tea was good. It's exactly what it sounds like-- lemon with honey + tea iced. I thought it would be a little more sugary like the bottled drinks but at the same time, I'm glad because I definitely don't need more sugar in my system haha. The mango slush is also exactly like it sounds. It was good but no frills. Overall, I highly recommend Saigon Corner to anyone looking for HK style food & delicious + flavor filled wontons! Parking: free parking on Highland Ave but depending on the time of day, it can be tricky getting a spot close by to the restaurant.

Tried several items on the menu…read more The fried wontons were BOMB. I did not expect to like this but I did! They were surprisingly light and airy. The sweet chili sauce accompaniment also balanced out the savory meat filling. Also tried out a few other popular items on the menu like their stewed brisket wonton noodle soup, spicy pork noodles lo mein, regular wonton noodle soup, and their curry fish balls. Although ive had better at other restaurants, they were still solid and hit the spot. Recommend to skip the milk teas here as they were all pretty watered down.
