It's very spacious and there are many different table top selections fit for yourself or a large group. The food options along with prices can be improved. It's pretty high. I was looking to purchase a slice of cheesecake and I when I asked for the cost I thought I was buying the whole cheesecake lol. I ordered the Honey Toast and Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The Honey Toast was simple but had so much to offer in taste and texture; and may I add that it was big enough to feed 3-4 people. The Sandwich looked decadent but it did not meet my expectations at the fact that the combination of flavors didn't compliment each other. Everything was there it just wasn't meant to be with each other. It was a big cheesy, toasty, foot long big enough to feed 2. Overall my experience here was pretty good. I would definitely suggest coming here for studying, desert hopping after coming from eating elsewhere, and chit chatting. I would like to add that the wi-fi is available for 2 hours after your purchase. You'll find the password at the bottom of your receipt so that's a little bit of a bummer. I paid $6.80 for a small boba Thai tea. Nothing special. I still don't see why so expensive? Next day I went to a market and got a pound of dry boba for $2.50. I still had the cup from this place so I decided to make my own boba tea using the same cup. It didn't even cost me $1 to make exact same drink. I'm all about supporting local businesses and this place is a treasure hidden in a dreary strip mall. I hear other peoples opinions - the staff are young and constantly harried - but in inflation tough times they are probably doing the best they can. Better a dollar here than Starbucks. I really love coming here to study. They have plenty of tables and outlets available. There are a lot of people coming here to study, so it's a great atmosphere to be productive. However, I really wish they would open in a different location as this current spot has the absolute worst parking!!! They recently marked all the parking spots in front for only 30 min parking. There's very limited parking in this plaza to begin with. Since there's so many other businesses/restaurants here. So good luck finding parking if you intend to be here for more than 30 mins. One word: Overpriced. Came to this place for some late night studying cuz they don't close until midnight. I got the Coffee frappe for like $5 something, almost 6 bucks. The serving was Asian size small lol. It would've been acceptable if it was like $3 but no... And they charge an additional $0.50 if you want whipped cream! Wow. I liked the taste cuz it wasn't too sweet and it had a good coffee taste to it, so for that, I give this place 3 stars instead of like 1 or 2 stars. My friend got a spicy chicken sandwich. She liked it and I liked the taste of the chicken as well. The only problem was, the bread was quite hard. Oh, and it was quite pricey for the average quality too. It was like $10 something. More wow. The service was alright and the place was clean. The place was spacious and had a lot of tables and chairs. It had a good number of electric outlets too. It wasn't too packed when we came, which was on a Saturday night, so we were able to enjoy some peace. The music was a bit too loud for me though. The drinks are not that great :( I got the whole grain drink recommended by one of the staff workers and it was not what I expected. I've come here on multiple occasions and I also got the green tea frappe and it was very much diluted with ice. I know it can be pretty expensive but didn't taste like anything at all. In addition they charge extra for the whip cream (which is all the flavor I got from the frappe)! The ambient is very quiet and a great place to study, so I do recommend that. But otherwise save your money on drinks (unless you're in desperate need of wifi you need to buy something!) read more

I'm so happy there's a Caffe Bene in the area. Great place to go to for studying or hanging out. This place is pretty big and has plenty of seating compared to the one in K-town. Parking can be scarce at night. Bad thing was ....the service was not good by a short man of cashier .But other staff was so kind for me. Came here at night, and a great place for late night snacks and coffee! Split the raspberry cheesecake and a waffle with chocolate gelato with my wife, and neither disappointed. The cheesecake had great flavor and consistency, without being too heavy like some are. If I could rate this restaurant a zero I would. This is definitely not an all-inclusive space. If you are Black this is not a space for you. I was studying quietly, when I was approached by the manager. For no reason at all I was escorted out, and had the door slammed in my face. So, I just came here for a latte and hot chocolate for my son. The price for two regular size cups came out to over $14. They only had one service person doing everything. So my husband wanted to try one of there sandwiches and instead of the associate telling us "Hey we close in 40 mins so we are serving everything to go right now " in a apologetic tone . But instead we got a grumpy tone saying "if you want that you take to take it to go because we are closing soon "......huh really ???? It's 11pm ( technically when we about order it was 11:15 pm) ..... and you close at 12am . Like where is there a sign that saids if you order something it's all to go . After that answer my husband decided to cancel that and just get a drink to go . Even my bagel was packed to go . Oh by the way when my husband said never mind on the sandwich the girl was like ok thank you .... I was so done after that . We couldn't wait to get our stuff and leave . This used to be one of my favorite study spots. Even with it being pricier than most other cafes, I would still come here because it's around the corner from my house and they stay open later than most other cafes. However, after my experience from today I will not be returning, about 15 minutes into my study session I was approached by either management or one of the owners and was told that "I couldn't sit there and needed to move." I looked at her confused and told her I had asked the cashier before sitting there if it was okay and he had said yes. She said that it was only okay when it's empty and she had people waiting outside to be seated. I'm assuming the people that were waiting were people she knew and had priority over regular customers. When I got up to look for another seat the rest were taken by this point and by the time one opened up I was too uncomfortable to stay and finish my drink, so I just left. This is no way to treat customers, although it is more convenient for me to come here because it's so close to my house, I'll be going to other coffee shops from now on.. I love everything here from the menu (coffee, smoothies, tea, ice parfait, waffle + ice cream, macarons, gelato, sandwiches, etc) BUT why are their drinks (except coffee) at least $5 for a medium size?!?! I ordered their mango berry mojito and I paid about $6 for it, medium = one size. It looked pretty but it honestly tasted like SPRITE with mango bits :( Disappointed AND my wallet wasn't happy. However I have yet to try their food, like the waffle + ice cream. There's not a lot of options like that in the South Bay, but at least they're open until late. Ambience: perfect place to study. I came here with my family for an afternoon coffee break around 4pm. There were a decent amount of customers in the cafe, but not too overcrowded. We ordered a medium Americano and cafe saigon (basically vietnamese coffee). This place is decently sized so we quickly found a table to sit down. For the amount of people in the cafe, the noise level was actually perfect - not too loud but has some background white noise. Seems like most people are either reading, studying, or on their laptop (but plugged in). Their waffles and macarons look yummy, but I didn't get to try to them and would be interested next time. My girlfriend and I came here one late night because we were starving and didn't want your typical fast food. And I'm so glad we did. The food in there looked and sounded so good. There is so much to choose from. I thought it was pretty cool that there was a good amount of people in the restaurant even around the closing time. What's nice about this place is that it was clean, they had nice decor and the staff was friendly and helpful considering it was our first time there. Thanks staff!!! They have breakfast, lunch, dessert and blended coffee drinks. We ordered the chicken sandwich which was amazing!!! The bread was toasted a little hard but still a great sandwich. They have a variety of drink options. You can choose to have a blended drink which looks and taste awesome of a bottled beverage. The desserts has a good range also. This place sucks. It was my first time ever coming here and I was excited to try it. I see it all the time on my way to work and decided to stop by since my shift was cancelled. I stood in front of the register for 5 whole minutes as the cashier organized the bottled waters. He saw that I was waiting and continued to organize them as if he didn't know I existed. When he finally decided to take my order, he literally just stood at the register...no hi, no how may I help you...nothing. Really great place to hang out, study, or work on your computer with your friends or by yourself. There's ample space and tables, I actually admire how spacious this place is. Unfortunately it's somewhat of a mission to find tables next to outlets esp when there's a good amount of people already there.
