What stood out most was the service. The staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming. I especially appreciated how warm and inclusive they were toward Black customers and culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. That level of hospitality is always a plus in my book. My only criticism would be the pricing. While the overall experience was positive, I felt the prices were a bit higher than what the food and experience warranted. Overall, Soricha Tea & Theater is a nice spot with good food, a comfortable ambiance, and genuinely welcoming service. With slightly more reasonable pricing, this could easily be a five-star experience. I would definitely consider returning.

Perfect place to yap away with friends :)) The food does not disappoint. It's very homey and just consistent, which I love. The staff here are so sweet and kind. I wanted to order a porridge and a bingsoo at the same time, but she told me I shouldn't and that she'd have the bingsoo ready for when we finished the warm porridge. I'm so glad I listened because it would've been weird eating hot, steamy porridge and an iced dessert at the same time, especially with the dessert melting. Right when we finished our porridge, I walked over to ask her to prep the bingsoo, but she already had it finished because she noticed we were done eating. So attentive!!! Also, if you're allergic to sesame seeds, I'd advise telling them beforehand. Most of these dishes involve a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top. My friend is allergic and we forgot to tell them, so we tried to spoon them out, but it's hard to get everything.
