After 6 PM, they cook food outside the front of their restaurant on a plancha. I absolutely love their tripas! Whenever I get it, they ask how crispy I want it and always check if it's crispy enough for my liking. They have three salsas available for self service: green salsa, red salsa, and avocado salsa. The toppings, like onion, cilantro, radishes, and limes, are also available on the side for self service. Their food is always top notch and delicious and their customer service is excellent as well. The only thing about Los Chanfainos is that it's CASH ONLY so be sure to bring some cash for some sweet tacos!
