Great choice for some of you who don't do so well with caffeine. It's easy to drink, and thoughtfully prepared! I got something a little different. It was a strawberry co-ferment espresso in a cappuccino ratio. You could really taste that strawberry come through, and having it hot and with milk was a perfect choice. Fruity, complex, and funky! Not many places offer this combination, so whenever I see it on a menu, I have to try it. What I really liked about this one is how well balanced it is. The earl grey is light enough that it doesn't overpower the matcha, so you can actually taste both flavors clearly without one taking over the other. The Hojicha Vanilla Cream Latte was also really good. The cream on top was silky, smooth, and rich, adding a nice layer of sweetness that paired well with the roasted, nutty flavor of the hojicha.
