Walking into the shop, you're greeted with a dark gray concrete vibe with plenty of matching decor. They've got some multiroaster vibes too, which means they're slinging beans like Dak, La Cabra, and more! Robusta and Arabica heads can both rejoice! They've also got a nice little patio to just rest and relax at while you enjoy your drinks. I've had a few pretty deep conversations coming out of this place. Okay, even though I did come to a coffee shop, I did end up getting a hojicha latte that was roasty, nutty, and delicious alongside the vanilla notes that they add. Great choice for some of you who don't do so well with caffeine. It's easy to drink, and thoughtfully prepared! I got something a little different. It was a strawberry co-ferment espresso in a cappuccino ratio. You could really taste that strawberry come through, and having it hot and with milk was a perfect choice. Fruity, complex, and funky! Love to see places serving co-ferments. I don't think it's over-played in specialty coffee, and I do appreciate having the option! And, I didn't get it today, but getting a fancy pour-over at this spot really hits. If you coffee sweats like the fun stuff, you'll have plenty of that here! If you're looking for both fun coffee and great day, no doubt you should check out Re Ca Phe!

The workers are really nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I tried their Earl Grey Matcha Latte, and it's honestly one of the best I've had. Not many places offer this combination, so whenever I see it on a menu, I have to try it. What I really liked about this one is how well balanced it is. The earl grey is light enough that it doesn't overpower the matcha, so you can actually taste both flavors clearly without one taking over the other. The Hojicha Vanilla Cream Latte was also really good. The cream on top was silky, smooth, and rich, adding a nice layer of sweetness that paired well with the roasted, nutty flavor of the hojicha. It made the drink feel really comforting and well put together.

I usually don't order banana matcha from other places because it tends to be too sweet or has that weird artificial, almost Laffy Taffy kind of aftertaste. But this one was completely different. It wasn't overly sweet, and you can tell they use fresh bananas. The flavor was really balanced with a light tropical taste, and the matcha still came through nicely without being too strong or getting overpowered. Everything blended really well together. I also wanted to mention how kind the baristas are. I was waiting outside so I wouldn't block the entrance in case other customers came in, and as I was waiting, the barista brought out my drink. The service here goes above and beyond other cafes I have been and I know i said it once but I will say it again; come and try the drinks here!‍

Luckily there was no line on a Saturday afternoon. I got the Dex matcha delight with oat milk and less ice. I like how strong the matcha drink is, but you can still taste some of the cinnamon. For the price of the drink it's a bit sad how much you get. It makes me wonder how much ice they use by default and how that could really dilute the drink. I also got the vanilla latte which was pretty good and strong. Same story with the amount you get. I posted some photos as a reference after just taking a sip to try both drinks. Staff was nice and the interior was clean. Parking is spacious and was not much of an issue. Overall, this is place is about a 3.5 star for me. I've been to a bunch of other coffee shops with a similar flavor profile and quality, but at a better price point. I may come back in the future to try their other drinks, but it won't be one of my regular places.

I have this belief that if a bakery has a perfect chocolate chip cookie, everything else is great. My definition of a chocolate chip cookie has to have a crunchy outside, a good balance and amount of dark and milk chocolate chips , perfect sweetness level with the perfect ratio of brown to white sugar for sweetness and chewiness and the obvious soft and gooey center. Paderias is a 9 out of 10 for me and it never disappoints. My 2nd fav is their triple chocolate. Those two are hands down my all time picks. Ordering is done through iPads which is simple to navigate. You have to come early to snag their items because they do sell out rather quickly esp on the weekends. The interior is very clean and beautifully designed. Plenty of parking and easy to spot the location!

We came for two things specifically: sweet potato creme brulee latte and the sweet corn latte. Both were equally amazing and I can't even pick a favorite, but I guess I would go with the sweet potato, since it's more unique and I haven't had many iced versions. Both of these flavors are fragrant, and you can tell the flavor even before you take a sip. This location is very spacious and despite all of the seating, it was still full for a Friday afternoon. They do have some outdoor seating as well. We also shared the kinako hojicha soft serve, which was yummy, but the kinako is only on the top layer so once you finish that, it's pretty much gone. We also wanted to try the actual roasted bruleed sweet potato but didn't see it on the menu in person, so I'm not sure if it's a seasonal thing. Regardless, we had a great experience with these two drinks and I can't wait to visit again when I am in town!
