Grilled buffalo chicken Sandi with side salad
    Matthew T.

Stopped in for lunch on the way to GGP. Glad I did. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Happy to accommodate changes. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, but grilled instead of fried. With a Caesar salad. Got a blue moon beer to in a chilled glass. Overall this was a good small local owned and operated cafe. Don't look for fancy. But they deliver a good meal at a good price. They were perfect for my needs today. If you're around check it out. They offer outdoor and indoor seating. The outdoor seating area has sun and some shade space too. The indoor has cute photos on the wall and yacht rock acoustic music as background. Which I found relaxing. :)

My sandwich was a joke. I ordered a BALT, and there were three tiny slices of bacon that were a fraction of a millimeter thick with maybe 3 bits of avocado

Food was great. My friend and I got sandwiches after a run through Golden Gate Park. The French baguettes are purchased from Boudin and they are so crispy and light. All wraps and sandwiches come with a side so they're filling. I opted for the chicken tortilla soup while my friend got the Caesar salad. Both were tasty and just the right amount for a side! We both only finished half our sandwiches, but they made the perfect leftover for a light lunch later. Our server was thoughtful and friendly! She had a kind smile and answered questions we had about menu recommendations. The outdoor seating in the sunshine was amazing. So grateful they were open on a Sunday! FYI street parking only, and there is a single bathroom inside past the service counter. There must not be air conditioning because it was hot indoors, but the weather was perfect outside.

Everything tasted good and was fairly priced! The worker was kind and accommodating; he made us feel very welcome. Service was quick. The breakfast burrito was on the smaller side and had a higher ratio of eggs to other fillings than I typically prefer but it was still enjoyable! I would eat here again if I was in the area and wanted something casual.

Sweet breakfast & lunch nook on Clement, tucked away by 11th & Geary. I had some work i needed to get done so this place was perfect! Amazing food, great staff, quiet, non-crowded environment. I got the breakfast sausage burrito with OJ Hit the spot! Thank you would definitely come back and try the rest of the vast menu.

We ate here for the first time outdoors. All the food was fresh and flavorful. The fritata and vegan wrap should have been a bigger.

My family ate here for the first time. The food was fresh and flavorful. The vegan wrap and fritata portion was small.

If I've had a better sandwich, I don't remember it. Very helpful and kind owner. Cute, small spot. The Roasted Beef A is amazing.

Tasty, fresh, and presented amazingly. Totally worth the wait for my frittata. This place is great and has wonderful employees. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you!

The people that work here are great. There's lovely seating outside, which is perfect for a nice day. Inside is nice too. The food on my two visits were disappointing. I got the breakfast sandwich and couldn't eat it. The bread was dry and the cheese seemed plasticky. The muffins look like CostCo muffins, but without the Costco price. I'm a coffee snob, so I'm not dinging points for the bitter drip coffee. I wish this place was more like The Art Bistro.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Roast beef sandwich perfect. The bread fresh and toasted crispy to perfection. The flavor was out of this world. Very light feeling and tasty. High recommendation.

I got the breakfast sandwich which was delicious, and my friend ordered the turkey sandwich which they also loved. One thing to note is that they don't allow substitutions or modifications, so just be aware of that going in. It's more of a deli/grocery-style spot, so there isn't much seating, just a few tables and chairs outside. But it's super close to Dolores Park, so we usually just grab our sandwiches and head there to eat. The chocolate chip cookie was also a standout. It's more of a brown butter, dark chocolate situation, rich but really well balanced, and the perfect sweet treat after the sandwich. Since we came right before closing, they even gave us the last cookie for free, which was such a nice surprise!! The staff was friendly and made great conversation. Would definitely go back.

I got the tri tip special with garlic butter and swapped the Swiss for pepperjack. The meat was sliced thin and really tender, and the garlic butter a perfect addition. While I didn't get selected for tickets to the PGA Masters Golf Tournament, that's not going to stop me from making pimento cheese sandwiches at home. Sandy's sells this in a cup, pint, and I believe a quart size. I got a cup ($9) of their pimento cheese, and paired it with milk bread at home, and it was so tasty. Great texture, slightly spicy, really solid pimento cheese. A cup was enough to make 3-4 sandwiches at home. Great staple to have for a quick lunch at home. Egg salad, I got the pint ($16), this was really solid too, although I added some additional salt and pepper to taste. The pint is great for family, easily can make 5-6 sandwiches with the amount of a pint. Honestly a cup order would've been good for me. Egg salad is one of those things I don't want to make myself, so thankfully Sandy's sells theirs lol If you are looking for an affordable way to make tasty sandwiches at home, and like egg salad and pimento cheese like me, definitely worth checking out to satisfy the craving. They have them packaged up for take home, so was able to get in and out in less than a couple minutes.
