I've been a long time customer and even though I don't live close now, it's always worth the drive to get these super specialty pastries! I don't believe you can get these anywhere else in the region. The savory as just as good as the sweet ones! One of my all time favorites is the sausage, egg and cheese kolache for breakfast! I always call ahead to make sure they have what I want and they' hold my order for me - which is amazing! Cute little shop, with a decent amount of seating. Warm atmosphere and service!

Review for Café Kolache - Beaver, PA Café Kolache is a nice place in downtown Beaver. This café serves coffee and freshly baked kolaches and pastries. The staff is incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home even though it was my first time there. They have a small seating area, but I wasn't a fan of the eat in atmosphere. I ordered a cappuccino and a sausage and cheese kolache. The kolache was soft, pillowy, and packed with flavor--a perfect balance of buttery dough and savory filling. The cappuccino, however, was disappointing and much too diluted with milk. Definitely worth a visit for the kolache alone, just don't expect a high end coffee experience.

Highest recommendation for Cafe Kolache. I've had take out from there a few times but recently visited myself to get my coworkers breakfast. This is an extremely inviting place. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I ordered five different kolaches and everyone enjoyed theirs. This is a very quaint, inviting place in downtown Beaver. You will definitely want to visit!

I second the person who said they would give Cafe Kolache a 6/5 if they could. This place is perfect and I'm already planning when I can come back. From the fresh selection of both sweet and savory baked goods to the inviting and welcoming atmosphere, they have nothing to improve on. The staff is bright and friendly, the coffee comes out steaming hot, and the kolaches are fluffy and pillowy. There are at least 10 tables available for dining in, ranging from 4 to 2-seaters. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the product. I came in on a Saturday morning just before 9am and there was a good crowd on hand and for good reason! Definitely make a stop by, if you aren't already a regular. You will be soon, trust me

Such a cute cafe/restaurant that serves something you can't find everywhere... kolaches! I love that there is a wide selection of both savory and sweet. We only a cheddar jalapeño that was super good! The egg and bacon cheese was good but a little too much bacon for our taste but that could be heaven for some individuals. I love that they have a variety of jalapeño options, my favorite!

This place was just added to "Kyle's (personal) list of favorite places"! The Kolache's were delightful and fun to share with a friend. We wanted to try a few different flavors. The pepperoni roll is a must! The cafe was welcoming and was great for chitchat with friends and it looked like a few business meetings. The baristas were very helpful and friendly since we were both new to the cafe. The coffee was perfect too they even gave us some latte art!

If you haven't been to this little gem in Beaver, go right now! I have been here tons of times, but I didn't try the breakfast kolaches until recently...man was I missing out! This time I got a bacon and egg kolache and a bruschetta stick because I know I wouldn't be able to grab lunch. I ate both outside in the sun and they were wonderful! While I am trying, I want to go back!

Raspberry Kolache & Pecan Cinnamon Roll

Popped in on a wintry Saturday morning and warm pastries were just what we needed! Between my wife and young son we split 3 sweet kolaches, 1 pecan cinnamon roll, and a savory bacon and cheese pastry. The kolaches were the real stars of the show and I really enjoyed the blueberry and raspberry. The lemon was good too, but a little too tart for me. The savory pastry was a nice reprieve from all the sweets but was a little on the cold side for me. The pecan roll was really large and easy to share and tasted great but it was was very dry which was a shame. I'm sure right out of the oven these are tough to beat!

Delicious Kolaches! Perfect spot to order new bites to try for breakfast. I'd recommend going early though, because this place is a local hit and items sell out

I walked in when they opened the door today. It was just the owner there. I chatted with him a little while, apparently he and his wife own the place. I bought a load of sour dough and a loaf of cinnamon raisin bread. Both loom great. I then wanted a breakfast sandwich and asked what he would get if he was picking for himself. He said the homemade sour dough English muffin with egg, sausage and cheese is a good choice so I listened. It don't take long for him to fix it. They have no seating inside but have a table or two outside. I actually ate my sandwich right away. It was delicious. I'm glad to support local businesses and this is a good one to support.

They have many types of sourdough bread and their sourdough English muffins are awesome. They also make some pastries and have cookies and usually a few cakes. Since it is Thanksgiving this time they had a couple nice looking pumpkin pie pies. They were quite busy because of custom orders for the Thanksgiving holiday. But there was no line and I was in and out quickly. You can park right outside in the small lot. Their sign is a little bit hard to see from the road, but they are in the plaza with a pizza place and the liquor store near the shop and save supermarket on third Avenue. I highly recommend that if you need sourdough bread that you check this place out.

Immediately got seated and drinks, then after a few minutes we placed our orders and waited. Two other tables arrive and get seated, the cook comes out and explains to the table next to ours that he didn't like the look of the plate and apologized for the time and was remaking the order. Fifteen minutes goes by and one of the tables that came in after we placed our order received their meal. Then the table next to ours with the mistake received their food order. Now, I ordered the Hash Smash Hash, a simple plate which sounded interesting. What I got was smashed deep fried tater tots with a greasy egg over easy, a frozen burger patty with no seasoning. Topped with thousand island dressing and served barely warm. Now, I was told by friends how great these burgers are. Sadly enough, an unseasoned frozen burger patty that is not smashed at all is a complete disappointment. We had the smash plate, grilled cheese and fries, a coffee, and a soda which costs over $30 and burping grease all day. As cute as this place was decorated, it is definitely not worth the money for the lack of quality.

That said, I found the donuts to be squishier than I really like--they don't have a certain fresh-fried crispiness to them.
