I joined some friends here for a recent dinner. Although the menu prices were fairly reasonable, I have to say that unfortunately the food was no more than 'average', as was the service. I chose a Seafood Basket, which came on a plate and not in a basket, and for my liking was too heavily crumbed and the accompanying chips too heavily salted, while my dining companions had Steak Sandwiches and Grilled Fish. I will agree that the Cafe, located inside the Casino, is a good place to stop for a quick meal, but I've had better food and friendlier service so I'm not sure when and if I'll return to the Junction Cafe. A more interesting and varied menu would be appreciated. read more
