She was so sweet and patient with my kids, offering great recommendations for custard and icee flavors that we all ended up loving. They've got a new custard flavor, strawberry and cheesecake swirled together which is amazing, and only there until June, so go try it out as soon as you can. Not only that, but she even took the time to suggest some local attractions for our family to check out. Her kindness and knowledge made our visit extra special. Highly recommend this place - both the treats and the service are top-notch!

The staff member who took my order was patient as I stumbled along, downloading the Rita app so I could redeem a Tmobile coupon for a free small gelati. I chose the sugar free cherry ice and a twist gelato ice cream on top. This coupon saved me $6.50 which was a relief as that is too much for the size! But beggers can't be choosers and I was happy for the refreshing treat on a very hot summer day.

I saw almost every type of booze- vodka, rum, tequila, champagne, merlot and many many other types of wine. Some ones I got to try included mexican chocolate tequila, rum raisin, buttered rum, strawberry champagne, and lemon champagne. I really enjoyed the unique flavors! You can definitely taste the alcohol that's in each ice cream, but it's not overpowering. I think the website says it's like 5% so I'm not sure if you could get tipsy off this ice cream (but never say never) There's also non-alcoholic ice cream available (at a cheaper price too) and vegan options.

My favorite ice cream chain!…read more I ordered the taster's duo, which comes with your choice of 2 flavors. I got the wildberry crumble (one of my favorite flavors) and autumn caramel apple, one of the seasonal flavors. Like always, the ice cream was super creamy, and the wildberry crumble was scrumptious - rich vanilla ice cream with a berry ribbon that tastes like actual berries and crumble bits. The autumn caramel apple was great as well. Sweet with cinnamon and caramel, and came with almond bits. I do wish the apple flavor was a bit stronger. Nonetheless, I licked my cup clean.

I've had good avocado toast in Washington DC the state of New Jersey here in Cleveland in California and I have never tasted avocado toast so good. The bread was it was toasted, but it was still warm and soft. The avocado was perfectly blended, but the cheesy eggs were cooked to perfection and the bacon it was crispy and still had a good bite to it. It was so good. Now let's get into this Matcha. I got the lavender Matcha when I say it was sweet, but you could still taste the earthiness of the Matcha. I was just overwhelmed with how delicious everything that I tried at the bakery was. Last but at least the cookies I completely understand how the Sugar Cookie has the word famous in it when you bite into this delicious cookie, you taste the butter, the sweetness, and it has like a good crunch to it, but it's soft as well. This is incredible. But the start of the show was this buttery, delicious, soft, perfectly balanced, chocolate chip cookie. First of all, I don't even prefer chocolate chip cookies, but this cookie was baked to perfection. You can taste the premium chocolate that was used the butter you can taste the hint of salt. It is a perfect cookie.. So how did I end up in this wonderful bakery well I signed up For too good to go which lets customers purchase bags of food produce, etc. from local businesses so that we don't contribute to food waste so I signed up to get a surprise bakery bag. That's how I got the chocolate chip cookies and the sugar cookies but now I'm gonna be a repeat customer because the overall experience was top-tier great customer service. I watched this woman be kind to everyone that came into the door and she made me feel like I was a part of her own experience. This was great and I'm telling everyone about it and I've definitely going back.

I will re-order in the future and I do recommend.

A cute spot in the University Circle area!…read more I came here on a warm April day and was craving some ice cream. I got a cup of matcha soft serve ($5.95) and the strawberry layer cake ($6.95). The matcha soft serve was great. Cold, refreshing, and the perfect amount of sweetness that complemented the matcha flavor. I would definitely come back for the soft serve, especially since Cleveland has a tragic lack of places that offer matcha soft serve. I also enjoyed the cake. The cake itself was light, soft, and not too sweet. The strawberry jam wasn't bad and wasn't cloyingly sweet, but I did wish the cake came with more than one fresh strawberry. The cafe is small and has a few tables. The decor was absolutely adorable.

A fantastic gelato spot in Little Italy!…read more The shop offers a wide variety of flavors. After trying a sample, I went with a large scoop of frutti di bosco, a mixed berry gelato. Though I did raise an eyebrow at the price ($6.75), the friendly staff really stuffed the cup with gelato and packed it in there, so the large scoop is indeed large. The frutti di bosco was utterly refreshing, and the flavor tasted great, like actual berries. The smooth and dense gelato contained a bunch of berry bits. Looking forward to trying more of their flavors! The shop has a few tables if you want to dine in. If you use a credit card, it does come with a 3% fee.

I love to get Cherry Garcia from the grocery store and dig in while binge watching my favorite shows. So, I visited to taste Cherry Garcia flavor in a cone. ICE CREAM: My order included chocolate dipped cone with Marshmallow Sky scoop and Cherry Garcia scoop. As another customer in line gasped - "huge cone!" and also very sweet. Ice cream is tasty but scoops are super small. The ice cream came with a spoon which was very convenient to eat. The price was $2.29 for waffle dip cone and $6.69 for two small scoops. They didn't even fill in the top or the bottom of the cone. Worth it? Absolutely not! Too expensive! Other things you can find at this ice cream shop are sundaes, shakes, cookie dough, ice cream cakes, to go ice cream containers (including vegan flavors). There's funky merch like "I like to spoon" tees. Most customers took their orders to go or picked up on behalf of someone else. Few lingered on the patio. The patio has a lot of space and tables. SERVICE: The service is very pleasant, attentive, and quick. The girls working here go out of their way to help customers! Not crowded and no line which was a huge plus. LOCATION: In close proximity to John Carroll, this ice cream shop has a funky cow mural with CLE skyline and university. You can see the university right from the patio and walk from it to the ship. There's a large ice cream guitar (photo op). You'll find metal chairs/tables against the sky blue walls. It's a fun location to linger. Most visitors seemed to be the students and their parents. If you're looking to grab a dinner while in the area, there are a few places in the same plaza - pizza place and sandwich shop. No need to stress about the parking - the shopping plaza has plenty! This location is a bit hard to turn into due to round about, so be attentive! I'll stop at Ben & Jerry once in a while for a treat. I found it to be pricey/scoop size not comparable to other local ice cream shops. Nonetheless, it's a fun experience that I'd recommend to the local students and all!
