This place is beyond awesome!!! So awesome we can go far enough to say this is one of if not thee best coffee joint we've ever been to, hubby and I combined. First off the ladies working there, Katie and Christina If I recall correctly, are some of the friendliest people we met and you are guaranteed to have a smile on your face when you leave based on that alone, without drinking your coffee first. They clearly love their job and you couldn't ask for better service. The coffee is the cherry on top. They provided us with their special menu (pictured below) and it was hard to choose which drink to try, since they all seemed amazing. I finally settled on the Brownie Nut and hubby chose the Creme Brûlée. They asked how we wanted our coffee (bold or smooth) and which espresso whipped cream you wanted (regular or expresso) and provide you with a few chocolate-covered coffee beans on top of your drink to add to the experience. One of my favorite things about living in the Pacific Northwest is the espresso milkshakes, and Cafe De Lisio has the best around. This drive-thru coffee stand is very popular and lines can get long, but the baristas are friendly and in my opinion their coffee is worth the wait. They recently opened a cafe directly across from the stand, so there is an option of parking and walking into the cafe instead. My dog is usually riding along so I always go to the drive-thru stand. read more

They also have really good and large fresh made breakfast burritos from Mi Taco! The service is slower compared to other coffee stands however, this is due to their process that ensures a superior product every time, every day. I honestly don't even know where to start... I sat in line for over 20 minutes today, had I not already been charged almost $13 for my drink I would have left. Yep, you read that right: $13 for a milkshake. That's not even my main complaint though... after I paid for said drink, which the barista repeated back to me incorrectly 3 times I then watched her leave the stand and go make out with her boyfriend in the parking lot... while customers were lined up on both sides. The other barista was actually calling her phone trying to figure out WTF she was doing. So if the black Hyundai car is there, don't bother stopping. That chick is busy doing literally anything but her job. The other barista apologized, but at that point it's too late. Oh and when I finally did get my $13 drink, it was wrong. There was no coffee in it. I hope whoever owns this place sees this review, and has a conversation about what is, and is not appropriate while on the clock with their employees. As a long time fan of their coffee, I am incredibly disappointed in how the walk-in store is handling this pandemic. I have gone several times and every time I go, the employees are not wearing masks, customers aren't being required to wear masks, employees aren't wearing gloves or washing hands between customers, despite the sign saying only two customers allowed at a time, I have been in there while 8 other customers are in. All in all, it is a great coffee shop but it is incredibly unfortunate that they are willing to endanger their customer base and themselves by not following the law. read more

I always leave Cafe de Lisio feeling happy. The ladies who work there are so friendly. They take your order with a big smile, ask you about your day, and tell you about theirs, and it doesn't feel like tedious small talk. With each drink you buy, you get a few chocolate covered coffee beans or some gummies, which makes for a nice surprise. I noticed that they have white coffee, which is hard to find. They also have an extensive "secret menu" and lots of fun drinks. Next time I go I think I'll try their biscotti - they're huge! Everything is asked to make you a happy customer. Coffee taste itself is way better than Starbucks in my opinion and the prices are comparable, even cheaper. If you're looking for a recommendation this is what we get: The hubby always orders an Americano, bold flavor, no cream or sugar, hot drinking temperature. He's a no frills coffee type so this is exactly what he likes. I order whatever is on special (usually a flavored drink for $2.50) with smooth flavor and at drinking temperature (no burnt tongue for me please). I'm that girl that always orders caramel macchiato or pumpkin spiced lattes at Starbucks so I always go for the not-so-coffee-ish drinks and they're always perfect. As everyone said, they put a chocolate covered espresso bean on top each drink. Such a yummy treat! They also offer a punch card. Once filled, you get a free drink and you get entered into that month's drawing for cash money! Seriously, who does that? The espresso is rich and delicious and the staff here are super friendly and always remember your drink which makes the wait time minimal, despite the popularity during base "rush hour." I love the girls here! If you are a fan of biscotti, they have the very best, small batch, homemade biscotti; I highly recommend the salted caramel and the pistachio lemon.
