Interesting dishes with regular menu items and big plans to evolve and continue to share the food story of Peru with new items. There is seating at the bar and a courtyard - ideal for casual after work drinks! It would also be suitable for group functions as it is quite a big space. The walls are decorated with interlocking stone and throughout the space are ornaments similar to the ones you would see in the Inca temples of Peru. The space gets a lot of fresh air, natural light and a nice place to sit on a Sunday afternoon,as we did. The menu prices are on the mid-upper scale and focus on ceviche and meat dishes. The most popular are their ceviche. Ceviche (depending on your point of view) has its origins in Peru. We tried the scallop and king prawn ceviche, which wereserved on canape spoons, followed by the ceviche classico of orange roughy fillet. Both signature dishes are macerated in lime juice and seasoned with flavours of chilli, coriander, garlic, sweet potato and dried corn. A light vibrant starter with the citrusabsorbed into the fresh seafood and the crunch from the dried corn. They also make some great cocktails - we started with a delicious Pisco Sour and a Passionfruit sour. Using real fruit pulp, this was a great start to our meal. Like you would in South America - we fill the break between courses with a cocktail and so we got a Pina Colada and a Blue Lagoon. They were both well-made. The Blue Lagoon was my favourite of the day. For mains we had the Adobo a la arequpena stacked pork eye fillets in a golden turmeric coloured chilli paste and served on sweet potato. Great flavour balance, not too spicy. Sitting atop potato, it was beautifully presented.  Wealso had the Seco a la nortena  lamb eye fillets cooked in coriander and red chilli served with Cassava chips (which are a nice change from the usual) and beans. The chilli sauce served with the cassava chips was mild and creamy and very more-ish For desserts, there are a daily selection of home made Peruvian desserts which we sampled; some fig and quinoa balls with raspberry coulis. We and ended happily with our espresso martinis of two versions: The Tia Maria and Kaluah A great place to sample Peruvian foods or a few drinks after work. The staff are part of a family business and you can tell they love their work. They are so hospitable and certainly make you feel part of the family.{Random

The nearby car park gives 1 hour free parking so it's easy to pop by for brunch or lunch. It's a lovely view of the city scape and boats in the harbour and you can enjoy your breakfast up on the deck of the converted waiting hall / shipping container, or on a lounge by the water. This time we opted for the couches and made friends with a nearby diners French bulldog. It's certainly a dog friendly spot. You can also sit inside if the weather isn't suitable with beautiful styling, nautically themed with blue striped cushions, decorative ropes and anchors. We loved this place last time, so we were keen to try their new menu. The menu has a more varied amount of choices at brunch. There's sweets, salads and some regular and ever popular choices. The mozzarella with avo, perfectly place on sourdough with greens and pomegranates, heirloom tomatoes and and a soft poached egg was beautiful. The roast pumpkin salad with grains, Persian feta, heirloom salad, avocado, confit onion, Pepita dukkah and herbs is the kind of dish I'd enjoy every day. Super healthy and refreshing and the pumpkin was perfectly cooked. For a sweet finish, we really liked the poached pear on brioche, toast with salted caramel, passionfruit cream, candied pistachio and lemon zest. We imagine this will be a very popular menu item.

It's a fairly decent sized space with some seating outside, being right next to a public park is good and bad for parking. The service is always friendly and accommodating depending on your group size, probably best to call ahead of time for large groups as its big enough to be a cafe but not large enough to be classified a restaurant in Sydney. All the produce used in the food is fresh and most likely of organic origins (which I'm guessing on the decor and vibe). Simple and clear menu has some classics like a Chicken Schnitzel but done with a humble salad and chipotle that transports your tastebuds. Breakfast has some healthy-ish options but these are taken in consideration with the core component of the meal. Take the Bacon and Egg Roll, it's served as a burger and the barbecue sauce commands the dish. Cakes and pastry is sold as eat-in and take away items (which change every so often), coffee and milkshakes as well. The gingerbread is a favourite of mine - super refreshing for the sinus. At the end of the day, this is a humble little place that 's rustic feel and pastel interiors make it feel homely and the food cements this feeling. A place to return for sure.
