First let me start by saying I love Asian food. Kind of like some people say there is no bad pizza to them. Bad is better than no pizza. Also, I travel for a living and eat Asian food almost every trip. I also cook it (sometimes poorly) at home. We ordered egg rolls, pad Thai, lo mein and sesame chicken. Can't blame this on Grubhub or that they were busy. The ingredients were just awful. I think the lo mein May have been angel hair pasta. Maybe, hard to tell what it was but Panda Express crushes it. I live and my parents have a liquor store close to this restaurant so it's super convenient for us. Their food is delicious. I've ordered beef and green pepper and its so good. Their lo mein is great, fried rice and white rice are always fresh. All their soups are good and when you order a certain amount you get free egg rolls. Cannot beat that. I love this little Mom and Pop place ! The lady that works there always gives us free wontons or a free drink or two every time we come in. It's fairly pricey to feed a large family but definitely worth it! The cuisine is more traditional Chinese food than something like Panda Express, which my family and I love ! We always order the beef lo mein which is flavorful with lots of meat. The sesame chicken is crispy on the outside & not too breaded or mushy. Our favorite is the vegetable fried rice with actual veggies that are crisp! The hot & sour soup is also very good. Called to check on the order status and we were told it would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later and still no delivery. Called and received the same "10 more minutes" excuse. It wasn't spicy at all. He had to drown it in hot sauce to get it spicy enough for him. This little shop front in downtown Parker disguises the amazing quality of food that comes out of it. I've ordered delivery and eaten at the restaurants itself. It is very delivery-oriented, With just a couple of tables crammed in front, and the food is still served in the same takeout containers. But it is delicious nonetheless, the sounds and smells of delicious Chinese food wafting forward from the kitchen. My personal favorite from Cafe China is their lemon chicken, which is sweet and has the perfect touch of lemon for me. I was looking to find a nice Thai place in Parker and tried these guys. My wife ordered egg rolls and they were mushy inside like they weren't fully cooked or old or something. The hot and sour soup I ordered was luke warm and not spicy at all?? Ordered Thai Satay Beef which had a spicy symbol next to it, but, it was bland and underwhelming. They didn't have pepper paste or anything to allow me to spice it up myself? Not what I expected for a Thai dish. Also, they aren't expecting you to eat in as there are about 5 tables inside. The coke I ordered came in a can with no glass or ice, I guess they are used to people ordering togo. My wife's Pad Thai was weird as she couldn't determine if there were noodles in it?? She was wondering if she received the right dish, but, since we were the only people there they must have made some mistake on her order. Won't be going back here again. read more
