In Iowa I usually get overheated milk, espresso that was roasted 2 steps beyond French roast, with a nice dirt and tar aftertaste. Dunn Brothers did it right! Perfect milk temperature. I mean perfect. Possibly the best I've ever had, and I've had coffee in some of the best shops in America. The espresso was spectacularly roasted, not burned in the espresso machine, and came out exactly like I hope for when I dream of coffee. And trust me, I dream about coffee. The staff was friendly, store was clean and well kept, all the customers were happy. Overall this place just oozes happiness, which we could all use some more of these days. These guys love what they do and it show, in the store, the coffee, their attitude, and all through the experience. I can't wait to come back and test more of the menu. I loved the inside art, merchandise and they had a cool reusable cups for purchase (coozies with a glass jar) that I think allowed for lots of free coffee.
