I've tried the chai, a latte, smoothie and cappuccino. I have also indulged on some of the pastries as well. Here's some advice from a barista... You guys really need to find a new supplier for your espresso beans. Your espresso is incredibly bitter and the foam on your espresso and lattes needs to be less airy and more micro foam. Chai in powder form is always a terrible chai... switch it to a concentrate from tazo or Oregon chai and you'll have a MUCH better flavor. The chicken pesto wrap is really great and the paninis! Most of the pastries taste like they were bought from Safeway.... Maybe outsource some amazing bakeries here in town where the pastries don't taste frozen. Overall, the ambiance is great but the coffee and espresso drinks are absolutely terrible as well as sickening sweet smoothies that taste like 10000g of sugar was poured into it. You guys could really refine 99% of these issues with switching out your chai, espresso and pastries. I'm currently drinking my cappuccino and I've never had such a hard time putting it down

Was looking forward to stopping in for a coffee and a possible bite to eat after a long hike since last time I came over I didn't have time to pick anything up after checking out the Star Tower nearby. Unfortunately it was more bad than good. Let's start with the good. It's easy to get to. Once you see the star tower it's the first driveway. The outdoor patio is nice. They offer corn hole out on the small grass area and a view of mountains with a few trails. It is connected to a welcome center for the track homes. The sandwich was good and I'll get to it in more detail soon. The cons were huge for me. I was happy to see cold brew as an option and they offer HWC as well. So I ordered my go to cold brew, sf vanilla and asked for a TINY splash of cream. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich called the breakfast cronnini that comes on a croissant with fried egg, Gouda and ham. The croissant is grilled. Service was mediocre at best. While there were three employees working they were more focused on talking to each other than anything else. The cashier managed a meh hello. After paying and tip it was about $20. There was one person ahead of me and isn't take too long to get my items. Unfortunately the cold brew "coffee" if you could call it that was wrong the second I saw it. You coffee drinkers know what I mean. Instant sight of it. It was so light it was like they poured a gallon of HWC inside with a splash of cold brew. They were focused on making three orders after mine that I decided not even to waste my breath at this point. Definitely won't be back. It left a bad taste in my mouth literally. One sip and felt like I was drinking milk. Ugh.

Very good! I got the caramel macchiato iced and the Turkey Sausage Sammie! My macchiato was good and my Turkey Sausage Sammie was okay. I tried my mom's Dubai Latte and Breakfast Cronnini and they were tasty! I will order those next time I come here!

Besides the coffee, the selling point of this place is the great atmosphere. There are many nooks and crannies around the entire facility where you could sit and have some semblance of privacy. The fireplace is great. This place is shared with the commerce center and I can see why they did that. The Estrella Star Tower is not connected to them directly but their parking is where you'd go to if you wanted to walk up the tower. Their outside area has a mini xeriscape garden with a variety of plants. Not owned by the cafe but it happens to be in the vicinity. The employees have a great attitude. I visited in winter but if you were here in the dead of summer, I'd imagine the AC is wonderful inside.

i Stopped for coffee with a friend, the coffee and beverage choices were plentiful, something for everyone. The ambiance is just beautiful sitting outside overlooking the Estrella Mtns or inside backed up to a warm inviting fire, I really enjoyed relaxing here. First time visit, this is a hidden gem located in Estrella Mountain Ranch. Also ordered the Bebida burrito to go! Egg, cheese, chorizo and potatoes. They actually cook on a panini press and boy were they good. Staff attentive and well covered. Great service.

The Cafe Bebida was hidden and not much signage. But boy the service was top notch and the food was fantastic. Coffee brew freshly as were the lattes. Overall if your in Goodyear area check this place out!

    Lots of outside seating available

Love this hidden gem. First off they use monin syrups which are the best so getting my toasted marshmallow syrup was a great start! They have quite a variety of breakfast sandwiches on English muffins, burritos, hummus or panini sandwhiches to eat and I loved they were all hand made. Having food allergies and being able to take things off made it so I had way more to choose from. They were knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and very quick with our orders. There are many places to chose from for seating whether you want inside, a table, a bar top, a couch area with fire pit area. Loved it was hidden and quiet, got to sit in the sun and enjoy family time with delicious coffee and a real sandwhich that wasn't prepackaged and loaded with preservatives.

When we got to the shop, the line was extremely long which I saw as a really good sign. Unfortunately for me, it was not. The service was extremely nice, a smidge slow but that was pretty understandable due to the line and also due to the many to go orders being placed ahead of time. I did notice with the to go orders that there wasnt as many drinks being picked up...this might be a coffee shop that is known for their food more than their drinks (unique). The sitting inside was limited and a little squashed, the shop itself is pretty small. If you have any form of anxiety...dont go anywhere near Enroute, I almost left multiple times without my drink because of it. I ordered the Large Honey Pistachio Latte with Oatmilk (a common drink I have ordered from other shops and have loved) it was about $10 and my mom ordered a herbal iced tea with cherry in it, the tea was okay but nothing spectacular. The lack of tea choices was a little shocking due to the fact that the name of the shop promotes that it is a Tea House. We spent a little over $17, Scottsdale can be expensive and I have bought a lot of coffee from Scottsdale..and I will argue that this is one of the most expensive drinks I have gotten especially when comparing size and quality. I didn't really like my drink at all, and had a hard time chugging it down. I personally probably will not becoming back...that being said, there is obviously something within the shop that has made it extremely popular. My guess is the hot food options available, if you were to decide to try this shop... I would recommend either reaching out to someone who.loves this shop or checking into those items specifically.

I thought it was just a bagel place. I can take or leave bagels. I can pick up a bag at Safeway. On this particular day I showed up ready to shop at said Safeway, famished. There was a sandwich board outside of Oasis with smoothie specials. They've got something besides bagels? Due to my tendency to go off list and grab unhealthy groceries when I'm hungry (that ends up rotting in the fridge) I ducked into Oasis. What? I just stood there for a second. My mountain neighbors were grazing contentedly at their tables. The menu boards were crammed with options. Things I like. Where do I even begin? My husband had been gatekeeping. I called and told him that I found this cafe and asked if he wanted anything - and he said he'd been there a couple of times before on the way to work. The bagels (though he told me that they were fresh and delicious) were a footnote to all the offerings. I honestly felt overwhelmed. The cashier said I could choose a fresh baked item - I selected a croissant - and they'd stuff it with sandwich ingredients. I chose chicken salad and it was epic. Generous shreds of chicken in a flavorful dressing that was creamy without tasting like greasy mayo. To top it off, you can choose a "free" bag of gourmet chips off a rack. That treat makes your $9 sandwich reasonably priced. I got it all to go, for lunch later, and picked up a green smoothie to get me through the store. When I walked in Safeway this lady asked, "Did you get that next door? It's so good isn't it?" All of my neighbors have been gatekeeping, while I have been relegated to Subway and Starbucks. Another time, I went to Oasis with my husband and got a breakfast burrito and fresh squeezed OJ, which were so good. We were anticipating an overnight guest from the east coast so we picked up a few black-and-white cookies for dessert and crumb cake to complement our home-cooked breakfast. All were very fresh and tender baked goods; our guest told us she felt so special. Next I'm going to try their deli sandwich since my tendency is drive over a half hour down the hill to Jersey Mike's, thinking I had no choice. These gatekeepers get on my nerves.

I'm sure a lot of you are wondering where they get their coffee beans from; They partner with Press Coffee, another great coffee. Today I tried the Highland Hank CB, Cinnamon Swirl CB and the SF Vanilla CB. I also picked up their version of a Caramel cookie for a friend. The cold brew was so smooth, no acidity which is a score for me. They don't over do the flavoring and the real coffee taste shines through. I don't know how many sugar free options they offer as I didn't think to ask, but I do know vanilla is of course one. Service was phenomenal and I felt like I was just sitting talking to a friend. They had consistent business while I sat at the counter. Great stop. Come by and support this great local spot.
