During a two-week stay in the Ozark, Missouri area, a local recommended Cafe B-29 for their Fried Catfish. The restaurant's decor pays homage to military history, which adds to its unique charm. I ordered the Fried Catfish, and it exceeded my expectations with two hearty filets, home-cut fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce. It easily ranks among the top 5 catfish meals I've ever had, and I'm quite the fan of good catfish. This hidden gem of a restaurant is a must-visit. Their wings and burgers also looked tempting, and I'm confident anything on the menu would be a great choice. read more

My Italian sub wasn't the best Italian i've ever had but i give it a 3.5/5. it was a little sloppy, and i didn't care for the bread, maybe i should have toasted it. the meat tasted good and veggies tasted fresh. Im not sure what i could have added to make it taste better, but it was okay. my brother said his Ham sandwich was very good. 4.2/5 he didn't care the bread, veggies fresh and meat was good, said it was a clean sandwich not messy. only complaint was too much mayo. The sandwich shop was very clean and nice looking. $15 bucks for the Italian didn't seem worth it. my brothers Ham was $13 bucks. I think the price was a little high. for the quality id be okay with $10 a Large Sandwich. if they were to charge say $15 it should come with a med drink and i guess chips. would i come back? I'll give it another shot. I'll definitely try something different. I'm not saying the Italian was bad, I just think it lacked some flavor. And the breads gotta go. Bread tasted cheap.
