    Portuguese baked chicken
    Matthew P.

Great food, service, and environment. Met some friends here with our kids. I mention kids because sometimes it's difficult eating out with younger kids who crave/need attention. There was one thing that helped keep the kids entertained and still eat their food, the Ferris wheel appetizer. Even though it's an appetizer, there was enough food on there to be considered a meal. It was a little bit of everything and it all tasted good. Allowing the kids to move the wheel to grab their food kept them entertained and still eat their eat their food without hesitation. ( Ferris Wheel is only available during dinner and weekends) We also ordered the baked Portuguese chicken with noodles and the brown French toast. The Portuguese chicken was flavorful and delicious. The melted cheese on top was gooey and the sauce just hit all sorts of tastebuds. The brown French toast was awesome. On the first stab into it, all the sweet sauce comes gushing out and it's not overly sweet but just a good amount to enjoy without feeling yuck afterwards. Oh, almost forgot ordered a HK milk tea and it was amazing. First we saw them brew their batch of tea and it filled the place with its aroma. You can taste the rich tea flavor combine with the milk and sweetness. Definitely not a generic taste to it. The waiter was nice and kind on helping us with the menu and just serving us with great care. Check this place out might be worth it.

The chicken katsu is delish! It was very clean in there as well. We did order tofu as the app and it never came out... I think our server was also new because when we asked questions she did not know anything. Our food also took forever to come out and there was only 2 other tables in the restaurant other than us. Overall it was good but don't arrive super hungry or you'll be hangry lol

I was in the area and wanted to try them out. I asked the staff what she recommended between a few of their dishes. She was very nice and helpful. The brown toast was fried toast with sweet syrup and milk and cocoa powder on top. It was okay. Outside was solid and fried, and inside was fluffy. It was okay but I don't need to order it again. I really liked the spaghetti dish that she recommend. It was different. It had carrots, which made the texture more unique, and an egg. And this one was already prepared in a to go container in case you can't finish it. The Hong Kong style milk tea was tasty. There was more of a tea flavor than condense milk. There is self serve for utensils, top of the to go boxes, plastic bag and water. They were lacking in staff power during a busy lunch hour but they were still very sweet and polite and didn't rush me. They were able to deliver the food very quickly. Parking is free and out front.

I was super excited to see a new Cantonese cafe in town! The pros: the flavor of (almost) everything was great. The black pepper sauce, the Portuguese chicken, the FRIES and the cucumber all tasted great. Service was nice, quick, and accommodating. Interior was cute and prices were reasonable, as well were portion sizes. Cons: there were a few things I wasn't satisfied with. The mushroom soup was oddly bitter, and the sizzling steak was quite tough, like it wasn't the right cut or prepared poorly. Milk tea could use a bit more condensed milk. HK milk tea is usually quite dark but sweet. This was bitter and watered down. My recommendations: the steak and soup had room for improvement. The Teddy bear bath was cute, but the flavor profile and texture could be improved. Instead of a tangy yogurt sauce, something more neutral like coconut milk or evaporated milk would be better. Instead of popping boba, small mochi pieces would taste better and add texture.

We came in for dessert and were greeted and sat immediately. We ordered the desserts that we saw on their windows while walking by. The kids got the Mango teddy bear bath and the dino mocha malt. I got the teddy bear milk tea. The ice animals were super cute and added to to fun of the dessert. The bath came with popping Mango boba, frozen mangos, and jelly, a scoop of Mango ice cream and some coconut cream that you could pour on if you wanted. The milk tea was smooth and delicious and my son seemed to like the malt drink and finished it all. We will be back to get this and try more of their menu items!

The food is REALLY good!! Enjoyed the ambience and the sweet treat at the end. Good Hong Kong style food

Great authentic Cantonese / Hong Kong style food. Large portions. Casual sit down. Friendly and helpful service. You can ask for less sweet and less milk for the milk tea. There's a good French toast dessert that isn't too sweet either but they have sweet options too. It would be my recommendation for anyone wanting authentic Hong Kong style food. 2 single stall bathrooms labeled men and women and they have changing tables inside which I appreciate for the parents. There were high chairs too.

Great place to get Chinese food in the Katy area. I got the appetizer Ferris wheel, which came with basil chicken, salt and pepper squid, shrimp toast, fries, and curry fish balls. I also got their teddy bear milk tea. I was very pleased that I came during their happy hour from 4 to 6 PM as you get 20% off. This place is not crowded when I went on a Wednesday evening. The service was great. The food was a little too salty. The milk tea was good in terms of sweetness and flavor. Good portion sizes and I would come back.

Filet o fish - 9/10 - Fish was so crispy, sandwich was a bit dry but still so good Baked seafood - 8/10 - Rice with seafood and cheese on top, good for cheese lovers Fish kansu - 8/10 - Came with noodles, the fish was crispy and i liked this with the runny egg on top Shrimp fried noodles - 9.5/10 - Flavorful and shrimp was delicious Green french toast - 8/10 - Could be a bit sweeter but matcha flavor was strong which i liked Teddy with milk tea - 6/10 - So cute but tasted like milk and sugar, needed more tea Dino with malted mocha - 6/10 - Didnt have a lot of mocha flavor, very sugary This Hong Kong fusion cafe has a huge variety of different items on their menu like noodles, fried rice, sandwiches, desserts, drinks, etc! My personal favorites were the shrimp fried noodles and the fish o filet! If you wanna try some asian specialties, check this cafe out!

First time trying this place, our server was nice and he made recommendations. We ordered their popular ferris wheel appetizer that comes with several things- shrimp toast, fries, basil chicken, fried squid, and meatballs. I enjoyed trying all the different appetizers and getting a taste for what I like. My favorite was the shrimp toast and the chicken. The fries were a little too gritty for my taste. We also ordered the baked portuguese chicken with noodles. This one was really good, I enjoyed the cheese which has a curry flavor. We got an HK milk tea which I recommend you order! this tea was amazing. Not overly sweet, the brew was strong and so good. And lastly we ordered their brown toast for dessert. This is a great dessert to share, at least 3 people. The texture with the milk was delicious. Don't skip out on the dessert, it's worth the it!

Me and friend came by here and absolutely loved it ! To be honest it wasn't what we thought it would be but it was super nice and cozy ! All the food sounded really good but we settled on chicken fried quarter and the omurice. Food came out pretty quick and everything tasted super fresh and warm, it was delicious. Service was also nice and our server was funny too. We hope to come by again soon to try more from the menu :]

We have been wanting to try this restaurant and we finally came today. Overall, the food was good, but the service was exceptional! My husband ordered a shrimp fried rice, but we didn't know the cashier didn't catch it and didn't charge the food. My husband was a little upset because I got my food and he didn't get his. But they took care of this with a free order of salt and pepper squid and comped the fried rice. Very nice of them.

A modern Hong Kong-style restaurant has opened in Katy. The space is clean and inviting, with a menu full of unique and creative dishes. I ordered the salt & pepper squid, baked spaghetti with meat sauce, sizzling grilled chicken, and Hong Kong milk tea -- all were truly impressive.

The decor is fine but not that spacious and the seats are a bit cramped together. The service on the other hand was swift, some of the staff could be a little friendlier but the one who wasn't too nice, I was able to make her laugh at the end. Everyone including her was accommodating and the food came out in a timely manner. My friend and I started off with their veggie egg-rolls and popcorn chicken and for the main course I got the beef brisket noodles and my got the their veggie fried rice. So what I didn't like was that the main course came out first before the appetizers but not the end of the world. The veggie egg rolls were not that good, the filling was mushy as if it's wasn't fried long enough, yes it came out piping hot but the texture wasn't it. Visually the popcorn chicken looked a bit pale but taste wise it was good. Light crunch and the chicken itself had flavor, I'll order it again. My soup was exceptional, good spice and it was hot in temperature. The meat was also very tender. My friend fried rice was also good and filling. For the price the portions were very generous. Overall, it was solid. Definitely not the best but good enough for me to come back and try their claypot dishes, I think they're known for that. I do see a lot of people ordering the brisket soup which is why I got it. I'll be back in a couple of months to try out more dishes they have to offer.
