I had the fall bacon sandwich and pumpkin chorizo soup. It was so delicious. The bread was soft and just the right size to accompany the bacon and caramelized onions, there was also fig jam and cheese. The pumpkin soup was warm with enough spiciness and a great companion to the sandwich. Others ordered different sandwiches, salads and soups. It was all great, but I think mine was the most delicious. And the flavors are seasonal, so they may not be available after fall. I guess I'll have to try something new next time. read more

Easy lunch today at Zupas. I like that the salads are made fresh and can be customized. Today's menu was the California cobb salad and lobster bisque soup. I opted for no chicken and bacon in my salad so they subbed it with extra egg. I had asked for the vinegrett that comes with it but they mistakenly gave me the ranch. I did try to eat it cause I didn't want to complain but I ended up having them remake it. The gal that helped be was really sweet about it, remade it and brought it out to me. The soup was tasty as usual. I appreciate that they are so consistent with their portion sizes. Lunch was great today. read more

Came here during one of my work trips. The service was very good and the place was very clean. I usually love coming to this restaurant because they are pretty consistent. The very berry salad is delicious and so is the brisket sandwich. Of course I love the free bread and strawberry that you get with every meal. My teen daughter went thru the line herself. Ordered the Try 2 Combo and selected the potato soup as one of her options. They asked if she would like the mix ins. She asked if that was extra (they should have been up front about it!). She was told just the tortilla strips. So, she said no to the tortilla strips but what they meant was just the tortilla strips didn't cost extra. Why would someone ask if something cost extra and then proceed to order everything that cost extra and not the freebie? I met her at the register and wondered why it was $16.50. The employee didn't apologize for the misunderstanding and acted annoyed we were questioning the cost. And they charged us more for the Try Two than what was on the menu. Try Two should have been $12.99, we were charged $13.99 and then charged additional $1.58 for soup mix ins that she only asked for because she thought it was free. I know $2.58 is not a lot but it bothers me when we are charged more than what we had expected. What we thought was 12.99 turned out to be $15.57. It's just a pet peeve when employees offer extra stuff when it costs extra and they don't tell you that. read more

Employees said it would take too long to make any of the usual beverages, and that they would do it in the evening. (Funniest part is that two of the containers were half filled by the time I was leaving after eating). I walked back to the counter to request a decent sandwich after seeing the pathetic excuse of a sandwich I had received. The employee was telling another customer that he wouldn't trust the avocados. I spoke up about my order and they then let me know they were out of avocado since they were all bad, and yet they had the audacity to put one on mine in the first place! No warning to me! Opted for a different hot sandwich... the meat wasn't even warm. My daughter wouldn't continue eating once she found a bug squished on a strawberry in her fruit cup. She also asked why the two chicken strips in her meal were so unbelievably tiny. Great question. This place needs some serious management. And employees that aren't so lazy. We're done here. I would recommend going to order in person at this zupas location - as tedious as it is, so you can at least make sure they're giving you what you're asking for. I have ordered take out multiple times in the past month, and I am kept waiting 15-20 minutes past my expected pickup time that is given on the website every visit. I love the food, it's fresh and healthy, but have better uses of my time than standing around waiting longer than the amount I was given an expectation around.
