The turkey sandwich and the Smoked Salmon Bagel. I think my friend got the Cookie Butter Latte, but im not too sure

The ambiance is amazing! As soon as you walk in everything is super cute and the natural light really ties it all together. They play trendy music but the good ones! I heard some Steve lacy some Kali Uchis and even Thee sacred souls! Perfect for young people who know the tunes and nice enough that the older folks wont have any problems with it. I was prepared to comment on the price however it made sense when I got my plate. They're using organic delicious ingredients that not only taste good but make you feel good! Unlike other places, I felt healthy and light after my meal. It didn't leave me feeling sluggish and stuffed but rather rejuvenated!! You should be prepared to spend more than usual but please know it's worth it for the quality of food. And lastly, the service left nothing to be desired. The lady who took our order was extremely polite and kind! She was happy to recommend something based off my preferences and she was so attentive to us, but Never overbearing or hovering. The only downside to it is the location but I beg please Don't let the construction in silver spring stop you from coming in and giving this place a try.

One of the best specialty coffees in silver spring! There's a great amount of seating inside, and with the construction happening in front it should be the perfect spot to get work done for the next few months while traffic is low (sound isn't an issue). Definitely worth the visit.

Wonderful new cafe in the Downtown Silver Spring area. Great coffee, great ambiance, and fantastic customer service. They offer creative mixtures like pistachio and tiramisu lattes. Perfect for a work session or a catch up. Also has a fully stocked bar and tasty pastries. Located right by the Purple Line construction under the library and next to Edible Arrangements.

I cannot recommend them more. So when it comes to coffee, I have been drinking it since I was 7 (thanks Grama) and this coffee is the bomb.com. I love Ethiopian coffee, bold, flavorful, and strong. The food is also good! I stick to cute lunch stuff, tuna on a croissant chicken salad, turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. All good options. I have heard the sweet treats are good as well. There is lots of metered street parking and a few Montgomery county garages walking distance. Check then out!

When I saw that the cashier rung me up for an espresso con panna I asked her if that was just a double espresso or something else (knowing full well it was something else). She then asked me if I wanted one or two double espressos and I just said one, and she said that's what the espresso con panna is and still charged me for it. In my mind I'm thinking maybe they just ring it up as same thing. As soon as I paid, the cashier turned to the guy making drinks and asked what espresso con panna meant and he said it meant with the cream but they were out of cream. The woman just walked off and neither of them acknowledged that I had been charged more money for the wrong thing. So I basically got charged more money for the thing I was trying to order. I realize it wasn't a big difference in the cost but just put a bad taste in my mouth.

We came later in the afternoon on a Friday so I think we just beat the lunch rush. Unfortunately they were out of the soup we wanted...but we picked something else and were extremely pleased. Rox Cafe is located in the Colesville Business Park, and it's on the front side. These little cafes connected to businesses are worth exploring, I tell ya! The ladies in here were very friendly, and they have great prices. They have sandwiches, smoothies, desserts, drinks, the works. One sandwich stood out, and it was a breakfasty one called the Bernard sandwich. It was described as having egg whites, spinach, turkey, a special mayo, and more on rye bread. It... was... DELICIOUS. I came to find out later that it was named after a pretty regular customer who came up with that. So awesome! This is isn't close to home, but for anyone who is in the area or wants a quiet change in scenery, they've got wifi. Work there, I think it's great!

It started out good, then it was mediocre, then it was good again. And so on and so forth. Frustrated by the lack of consistency, we stopped going for a while. But now - "it's good again!" On my latest visit, I stuck to the basics: spaghetti bolognaise, a house salad, and a glass of Montepulciano de Abruzzo. Spaghetti bolognaise isn't on the menu per se - but there is bolognaise over gnocchi, and the chef is willing to go with a different pasta on request. I was delighted with the sauce - among the best I have had around town - and the pasta was of good quality and cooked to perfection. The dish was also plated very nicely, in a neat little swirl. Not showy but with care. I appreciated that. The salad was fresh and used crisp apples, not mealy ones. I would have liked a better quality Montepulciano, or perhaps glass a whose shape would improve its robustness, but it was fine. I'm a little worried that what once was a steady clientele has dropped off. The restaurant was only half full on a Friday evening. But I, at least, will be returning soon!
