I think they were going for cool and nonchalant. It looked a bit unfinished. Took a while to get our drinks because someone took ours. But they gave us a croffle to compensate. Einspanner was ok. The hojicha tasted like dirt. I know hojicha is supposed to be earthy and a bit bitter but it was not good. Wishing this place all the best though.

It's a cafe and wine bar, which I thought was such a cute concept. Jasiah was super helpful and really knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. I originally came wanting to try the Nico, but found out it was a seasonal summer item. I ended up getting the Campfire Cappuccino instead, which is a smoked and lightly salted cappuccino. Definitely different from your typical cappuccino, but in a good way! I also got to try their milk tea, and I loveeee milk tea. This one was giving chai vibes. It was aromatic, creamy, and lightly spiced, so if you like those warmer flavors, you'll probably really enjoy it. Overall, I loved the atmosphere, drinks, and service. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to, especially to try more of the menu!

My husband ordered the Brown Sugar Maple Latte and absolutely loved the rich, warm flavors. We also shared the Ham and Cheese Pesto Croissant, and it was delicious--light, buttery, flaky, and filled with great flavor. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor seating area. We loved dining outside and enjoying the beautiful weather while sipping our drinks and relaxing. It created the perfect atmosphere to slow down and enjoy the experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the drinks were excellent, and the food was just as impressive. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for quality coffee, delicious pastries, and a great outdoor dining experience!

We love this place and have been coming here for years now but today was a shitty experience from…read morethe lady behind the counter. I couldn't find a way to contact them through email so this is my only option. I went in to get coffee beans and a cold brew per my usual monthly visit with my pup. There was a tall woman behind the counter this time. We went through the typical spiel of what can I get you? Comes with a cold brew, etc etc. But after I walked away, 3 of her colleagues came up to chat and show pictures. As they were chatting I heard her say "I ain't got time for cold brew" and look directly at me. Then they split up and she went to stand at the other end of the counter while the 2 people she was chatting with came behind the counter and started sharing pictures or whatever. It just came off rude. I love this place and these are our favourite beans but just really crappy feeling as a local customer.

Probably my #1 favorite Boba spot in Orange County and that's saying a lot because I've gone to…read moreevery boba spot within a 10 mile radius and will try any new one that pops up. Of course, Strauss Milk is their distinction from other spots. Service is always great, they seem friendly. I love being able to online order and pickup. The only downside here is the god awful parking, I brace myself every time before I go because if they don't have a spot I have to park with hazards on at the side and it is also structured so weird that you park in an angled parking spot but u can't get out the proper way it's a one way street so u have to u turn to get out. I wish there were more options and flavors honestly I am getting a little bored of the flavors but I usually always get the Rose or the Phoneix. The ambiance is always calm and very minimalistic and natural. I don't spend a long time here though because there's not too much seating and it's a small shop. The seats are not too comfortable. The reason this place is #1 for me is the Strauss milk, strength of tea without being bitter, boba texture and flavor. But again, lack of variety and new exciting flavors.

I walked in with no idea what to order, but Kayla and Michael immediately made the experience exceptional. They recommended the Honey Nut Cheerios latte, and it turned out to be one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. It tasted exactly as they described, like the sweet milk that's left in the bowl after you finish a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios. Absolutely delicious. I also had the chocolate chip cookie, which was just as outstanding. Michael and Kayla were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Their customer service was so impressive that I actually asked if they were the owners. They took the time to explain the menu, answer my questions, and made us feel genuinely welcome. I'm not sure when we'll be back in Santa Ana, but if we are, Coffee Muse will definitely be on our list of places to visit again. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.
