After the vehicle was repossessed, your company unilaterally transported it approximately one hour away without our knowledge or consent and then demanded $950. This charge was communicated only after the fact and was never approved. Following the repossession, we repeatedly requested an invoice so we could promptly resolve the matter and retrieve our vehicle. Despite multiple requests, you failed to provide an invoice in a timely manner while continuing to add fees. This delay prevented us from mitigating costs and recovering our property. You later increased the demand to $1,300 plus an additional $500 for delivery back to our lot. Acting in good faith and solely to recover the vehicle, we agreed to the $500 delivery fee. Despite this, we were informed that your company filed a lien on the vehicle. We dispute all unauthorized charges and dispute the validity of any lien filed. The additional fees resulted from unilateral actions and delays caused by your company, not by any agreement on our part.
