Last visit I had, the self checkout person was being sassy for no reason. I did not ask for help and was taking my time and behind me I hear her loudly tell me "press check out"...." press card" and more. You could tell she hates her job and just wants to treat people like they are stupid or something. It was weird. I just ignored her and never turned around to look at her as not to give her bad attitude any attention. When leaving I saw she had brown hair with a long ponytail over 30. I really don't understand the micromanaging and taunting of customers here. Her behavior was off putting. Maybe avoid her at all costs if you run into this person or hopefully they put her somewhere not around customers as she can't handle it and this is coming from someone who worked customer service for years. Maybe some staff needs re training on customer service and friendliness? I would return when looking for a specific item but because some staff are rude I definitely will avoid the staff.

The serviceman said it was a broken sensor that happens a lot on that particular model. He had extra sensors with him and fixed it there. Minimum one hour charge plus part, about $170. I paid him but couldn't get Genie to reimburse me because they said they don't cover labor, only the $15 part, which they also didn't pay. They sold a defective opener and didn't take responsibility. We don't need to spend hours looking for a wood board that is not bent. Of course, it comes to a price. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who cares about higher quality materials and great customer services.

His angry demeanor for having to wait less than five minutes after his arrival call (see VM snapshot and doorbell camera times) and wanting to make a forceful delivery while a car was parked in my driveway was unacceptable . For absolutely no reason, while i was trying to communicate that i was going to take the car out and that i had just a minute back seen his message and stepped out, he got super angry and cursed me for being late to respond and called out that he has to deal with all Indians this way and that he would not deliver. From the start, he was extremely clear in his communication of exactly what his bid included and what kind of results to expect and also provided other options we could pursue. His work included a generous warranty that covers not only things like cracking and shifting but also if the tree roots lift up the new panels again. As soon as we signed our contract, he and his crew were out almost immediately for demolition over the weekend and poured the new panels just a few days later before sealing everything post-cure. The final price we paid was very reasonable (almost 30% less than other bids!), particularly considering this project included the extra work of removing tree roots buried under the panels. We're happy with the result and would recommend him for any kind of concrete work.
