After removing the concrete, replacing the rotted wood, he built us a small deck area which gives us larger lateral space as a door step compared to the small concrete step. A marked improvement over just the moisture fix and rot repair. This was a pretty significant job and our home is very unique in structure which created many challenges. From the start, he was extremely clear in his communication of exactly what his bid included and what kind of results to expect and also provided other options we could pursue. His work included a generous warranty that covers not only things like cracking and shifting but also if the tree roots lift up the new panels again. As soon as we signed our contract, he and his crew were out almost immediately for demolition over the weekend and poured the new panels just a few days later before sealing everything post-cure. The final price we paid was very reasonable (almost 30% less than other bids!), particularly considering this project included the extra work of removing tree roots buried under the panels. We're happy with the result and would recommend him for any kind of concrete work.

When I do have a large concrete job, I will not use this company. I'm feeling generous with the 3 stars, but I don't really want to hurt this business. I just want to share with the community that this company did not do work for me and I believe it was because it was a small job. I think they'll only communicate with you if you have a large job.

From the very beginning, Candelario worked hard to stay within our budget while never compromising on quality. He even identified and repaired a drainage issue that we hadn't noticed, which we greatly appreciated. What impressed us most was the genuine care and compassion Candelario showed toward my elderly, disabled mother. He went above and beyond to make sure she could safely use her walker after the project was completed. A special thank you to Antonio, who did an incredible job replacing the handrails leading from the kitchen to the patio, applying drainage stones, and replacing our old fence. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference. I truly appreciate Candelario's professionalism, honesty, and kindness. It's rare to find a contractor who takes such pride in their work while also treating their customers like family. I highly recommend CCC Concrete to anyone looking for high-quality concrete work, and I will definitely be recommending Candelario and his team to my family and friends.
