The interior is pretty small but they do have some seating outside-front and back. The service was good. I ordered the House Gimlet: cucumber infused gin, rosemary, orange blossom, and lime. This drink was so refreshing. It's a great drink for spring and summer. I highly recommend this drink! My boyfriend tried the Fugue State: Old overholt rye, bigallet China-china, tiki bitters, Lambrusco, and orange peel. He liked it and said it was like an old fashioned. It wasn't too strong and was really sweet. They had lots of other good sounding cocktails. I'll definitely stop by in the future.

By this time our kids were not happy at all. It was very hot inside. They didn't have the ac on. I could see the thermostat from where we were sitting. It was 85 when we got there and got to 90 before we left. Others, I'm guessing locals the people working know, were served before everyone else. Several young ladies came in and went behind the counter and made their own drinks and filled coolers and left before my family was served. A group of elderly people came in after us and were offered vouchers for their wait. We didn't get anything not even offered anything to drink while waiting over an hour inside in 90 degrees. After using the salt shaker that was on the table I noticed all of the dead bugs in it. They put trays of cooked chicken and bacon out to cool where customers can walk up to. With the heat and flies I wouldn't eat anything they are prepping.

The flavors, the setting, the kindness-all exceptional. I didn't know my taste buds could be so astounded! We felt welcomed, relaxed, and truly cared for. It was a five star experience in the heart of a college town. A hidden gem we'll remember for a long time. The Oread is home to two true artists-Alex Tuckwin and Ty Armstrong- and we are so grateful to have experienced their work.
