I was mortified about how bad my yard was (house had been vacant quite awhile and I live out of state) and he didn't make me feel judged at all. He gave me a very fair quote and they were able to start the next day, which was awesome because I was only in town for a couple days. I expected the job to take a couple days, but they worked hard and fast and got it done in less than a day. Jose, Jose Jr, and Jorge were all very friendly, fast, efficient, and definitely take pride in their work. They even did extra stuff that I wasn't expecting! I will be calling them to get on their monthly maintenance schedule and for future landscaping projects, like laying down landscaping cloth and bringing in more rocks.

I agreed with their proposal entirely as written (attached photo) with service beginning in October 2020 (attached photo) and continuing quarterly so in January 2021, April 2021, July 2021 etc. In July 2021 they billed me (attached photo) for service I didn't receive. When I contacted Andrew on Monday 8/9 he said he would have a crew out Thursday 8/12 or Friday 8/13. I never heard back from them after 8/9. Note: This review has been revised as the owner's initial reaction asserted that I did not elect for pre-emergent herbicide, so I added the contract and receipts showing I did elect for that. Bottom line if you are looking for reliable automatic hassle-free landscape maintenance this is not for you. They may do a fine job if you have time to keep after them.

The nursery states "open" but is blocked by several large trucks with hitched trailers. I had a hard time finding an entrance to the grounds and when I did, I couldn't tell if I was in a nursery or a construction zone. The lot was empty with little hills of rocks and tractors. There were some outdoor plants, but very sparse and not healthy looking. I couldn't find where the indoor plants were and I wandered the property for a solid five minutes before I gave up and left. Never saw another person or worker. Odd experience, will not be back.
