When I brought this to their attention, their response was not just dismissive -- it was downright condescending. They told me the return "shouldn't have been necessary" and claimed I "chose to proceed" with the order despite the error -- which is flat-out false. I placed the order first, noticed the issue later, and asked them to clarify. Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.

But when I walked in and discussed the repair of my shoes, the guy at the desk seemed overwhelmed and was stating how much work he had to do, which is inappropriate! You shouldn't present to your customers that you have too much work. I felt like I was being a burden to him by wanting him to repair my shoes. I said to him you should be happy for the business. The inside of my boots needed some cleaning but my main issue was my heel. He said the cost to replace the heel and polish up. The boots would be $70 . I said OK but then I asked about cleaning the inside of the boots. He said that would be another $50. I said absolutely not. I could buy another pair of boots at that price. The boots only cost me $110. I was having them because I like them. When I picked up the boots a few weeks later the heels were replaced, which I was happy about. But the rest of the boot looked basically the same. No " spit polish. " the boots look the same as when I brought them to the store. They just had new heels. Anyway, I won't be returning. I tried to support a local business. But they need to really watch how they speak to customers. Suggestion: do not complain to new customers that you have too much work. Always go above and beyond. I'm gonna give you one star rating. I won't say I don't recommend your business. I don't have an option to be "neutral" so I'll choose "maybe".. Based off of their social media, they just opened up in November. Bombchel Factory is a black owned and woman owned small business. I didn't really read about them until I got home, but I love the story and mission the owner Archel has created for her business. The store is open and accepting to all walks of life. This shop has a number of African inspired items and patterns which is displayed through clothing, jewelry, candles, etc. I was drawn to the tie-dye Atlanta Influences Everything long sleeve. The shirt is unisex and comes in a variety of color patterns. I will say the store and clothing is geared more towards women as there isn't really any men clothing that I noticed other than the unisex shirts or hoodies. There's a number of other things in there I'd live to get and will definitely be returning to get. I'd say their prices are fairly on par with similar shops/boutique style shops. The shirt I think was $60, which some may find on the expensive end, but it didn't surprise me for a small business as a lot of these items are hand crafted and there's no huge manufacturing things as major retail businesses would have. The two staff members that were working at the time were very friendly and helpful during my visit, and not pushy at all which I like. All in all, it's a cute shop and it's nice to see exposure to more small black owned businesses in the city, as well as in Ponce City Market.

The best part about this brand is the back story, which everyone that goes needs to ask. I won't go into the details here, but just know every purchase comes with purpose!
