We more than qualified for EVERY criteria. He told us we were the first file he worked today and had everything he needed. He even told my business partner, "we'll call you when your loan docs are ready." The next call my partner received from him was that we were not approved for the loan, because of some qualifications Bank of Utah put into place. We chose them over our current bank, because the person we were working with seemed helpful and was certain we were going to be approved. Now, Bank of Utah has wasted so much time responding to us, that it's too late to go back to our existing bank who may not have decided on their own criteria over the SBA's in order to be approved. We were fully prepared to open close accounts elsewhere and open them here. Not now. Not ever.
