Unprofessional, unable to do their job effectively, and all around a hassle to deal with. Poor customer service and a headache is what you will get here. They really can't do their job effectively, rude and lacking couth.

I have had amazing service with CVI. I've been using them for home insurance for five years, and…read morerecently switched my car insurance over to a company they found as well. They have been prompt in getting quotes to me, and their quotes have blown anything else I could have gotten on my own. I got a quote to bundle my home with my auto from my old insurance company, but CVI's quote was half the price. WITH better coverage. And it wasn't with some sketchy company, either. We had to put in a claim this past month (flooded bathroom) and the insurance company has given us fantastic service.

Overall I have been happy with Farmers over the years however, since I have been with Wayne, I have experienced amazing service. They are quick to respond when I have questions or issues. They have been extremely thorough in helping me find the best insurance for my needs and every possible discount they can find. I appreciate the effort they continually put out on my behalf. In this day and age where customer service seems to be a lost art, they Definately exceed my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to save money and wants to feel like a person and not a number.

I really was very satisfied with the personal touch I've received through his leadership. in fact, I've never been taken care of to that extent. I've had the progress*ves and the geic*s and thought the service was par, until one day when I chose Wayne and his group. what a personal connection he took with myself and my immediate family. I even had my son under his umbrella. and behold, he either answered the phone, or got back with us each and every time, in a timely manner. and yes even on the weekends. as life would have it, as my job dictates, I have relocated with my company once again. It saddens me to dis-connect from him as he has been more of a friend and advisor rather than a company. this man and his associates really know what we need and they have connected, committed, and aligned them selves to my (our) needs. I have chosen Farmers in the new state that I reside and only can hope they give me half of the service and personal touch that I've received thru Wayne Elwood and his group....thank you for reading this..
