To make…read morethe story shorter I had insurance with them a while back I got into a accident in a different car had to go to court and even tho the car I had a accident with wasn't mine I had to add SR22 or else my licenses would get suspended so I called State Farm THAT EXACT MFFF DAY asking for SR22 they said okay well look into it to cut the story short they lied to me and promised me they would add it on my policy kept saying "on this day it will get put on" but it never did until I received a message from them saying how I couldn't get SR22 because my license was suspended NO F# SHITTTT you guys kept promising and making me think I was getting it when in reality I wasn't so i cancelled with them and promises to never go back Okayy so this is PT2 of how unprofessional these people are so I moved on and went to a different insurance I received a call last week from State Farm it was the guy RILEY once again saying how we had a rough experience and how if I was interested in going back with them I was kinda nervous but they gave me a good offer and I had moved on from what they did to me so i agreed bc i believe people deserve second chances so Riley made the process pretty easy they charged me and everything the only thing that was left was to cancel my other insurance so Riley said he would be able to cancel my insurance for me so I was like great. I received a text from him today saying how he couldn't cancel it because I had to sign so I called my insurance and canceled it I texted Riley "hey i cancelled my insurance " 2 hours later I received a text from him saying" you can't get insurance with us actually " I started crying because how TF do you call me and once again promise me all this stuff and make me cancel my f# insurance just to say later no I can't believe I got fooled by them TWICE. Insurance agencies are probably one of those things that you don't think make a difference to have unless you have experienced the difference they make. Like tissues when you have a super bad cold and you feel like you're blowing your nose so much it's going to fall off... Not having a good agent is like using the store brand tissues that feel like sandpaper and having a good agent is like the super luxuriant lotiony pillowy goodness.
