When my debit card was used for fraud? They easily cancelled that card and issued me a new one. When my bank account was going to be stolen through some crafty fraudster? They cancelled my account immediately and helped me set up a brand new one. This credit union has great staff: tellers, loan officers, even the president has helped me structure my recent auto loan. I got my first mortgage here, had two auto loans re-financed, had some personal loans to consolidate debt, and every time I've received rates comparable or better than other banks/credit unions in town. They are clearly not one of the "big guys" when it comes to banking or credit unions but I trust them all the way.

He is prompt at answering emails and giving feedback. I was fortunate to have John on my side and was impressed from our first meeting to our final council. John always seemed one step ahead, and he provided details that I hadn't even considered. He had documents written up almost immediately that were detailed and accurate. What a huge mistake I made. John Bailey failed to write up a correct complaint, failed to stay in contact with his client (me), failed to give me proper direction, failed to talk to me about this case. I was blindsided. He was not honest with me at all. I have hired over 40 attorneys in my life for various business dealings. I have only had a bad experience with John Bailey. Do not hire him. I promise you will be in the same position I am, and that's not a good one. Other Idaho lawyers (John Bailey was handling a case in Idaho, he is licensed there and Utah) told me to contact the Idaho State Bar, which I did submit a complaint.
