My husband and I went there after being told it was the best place for taxes. We did our 2021 taxes and it's now almost 2024 and have received nothing. We called a few times and all they say is sorry can't help you have a good day. I'm not going to pay for a service that I haven't gotten. They were supposed to do my taxes told us we would receive them in about 1-2 months if that. It's now been years haven't received anything. I highly recommend going somewhere else who isn't going to screw you over. They are changing us to this day from 400 which is now over 500 just for doing taxes and we haven't received anything from them other than bills continuously. Very unprofessional people. I would not let Heather near your taxes. She does not know what she is doing. Or Jodi for all that matters, as she is the one that signed off on them, which is weird and also questionable. We will be looking into that one further. We are having to clean up her mess with the IRS ourselves because they refuse to accept any responsibility or look at where they messed up. It's obvious mistakes were made based income, amount paid and what the IRS is asking for. You are better off saving money and using turbo tax. read more
