    Please avoid this office. They act like they want to help you, but after they take your money,…read moregood luck getting any help. Good luck finding anyone knowledgeable enough to answer insurance or billing questions, or make adjustments in a timely manner. Obviously calling and asking them to change something like automatic deductions and going to their website to confirm the change was completed, they still take your money. Hopefully, I can get refunded, but the funds are tied up for seven to ten business days. The rep said she didn't know when I would get the funds because "it's super hard to do."

    Worst customer service ever. Last October I called to have a vehicle removed from my auto…read moreinsurance. It wasn't done and I didn't notice until August of this year when I called to have a vehicle added. I never received a refund for the 11 months I paid for a vehicle I didn't even own. When I called to try to get a refund the guy was completely unapologetic and even snapped at me because I'm upset about the lack of oversight that has cost me several hundred dollars. Now, I have to jump through a bunch of hoops including filing a freedom of information act to try to get the records from the Department of Motor Vehicles that prove that the vehicle was titled in another person's name in October of 2013. I am a single mother of three, full time college student and work almost full time. I don't have the time for this crap. After 8 years as a loyal customer, thanks Jane Larsen Allstate.
