I wanted to treat my grandmother and a friend to some coffee this past Saturday around 2-3pm(Oct 10th) but instead left as soon as possible. The employee (male) who had a long line of customers took 10min per customer and would ask every personal or inappropriate questions to the customers. My friend is a minor yet the employee flirted shamelessly with them and every other female customer. Because I refused to answer his personal questions he made my order wrong. I am very lactose intolerant and ordered oat milk for my drink. Not until I was half way through my drink did he tell me that he had made it with whole milk. My grandma waited 20min for one coffee that tasted way too much of cinnamon. This is not the first time that I have had an unpleasant experience with this specific employee. I truly like this shop and love its coffee but would hate to have to go less frequently.

I have never been completely disrespected like that by a business owner. I walked out and will never give this business another chance. If you cant show a paying customer the respect they deserve. You don't deserve to be in business at all. There are many options for way better coffee and donuts in Plymouth. But if bad service is your thing, this place is for you.
