I needed to purchase scope mounts to mount my full size rifle scope to a Gamo pellet gun. The mounting grooves that these pellet rifles have, make it difficult to find mounts that are secure. I needed to take both my scope and my pellet rifle to the store to try their mounts. Carrying a rifle (even a pellet gun) in full California public view, is a recipe for confusion, pre-conceived 2nd ammendment bias, ignorant Karens, and scurrying people in parking lots! Even though I "broke" the barrel (now folded in half) and hung it over my arm, clearly visible to be in a non-operatable position, too many people are wholly ignorant of the California gun laws. I stood in the entrance of the store and calmly explained what I needed and why I was bringing my pellet gun into their store in this fashion. I assured the sales ladies that not only was it unloaded, but that when the barrel was in the bent, or 'broken' position this pellet gun was not able to fire at all. I didn't receive any excuses or personal bias. The manager came to the front, accessed the situation, and ok'd me to enter the store. While others may view this with "whats wrong with taking his pellet gun in the store" all gun owners, even BB and Pellet guns, know exactly what I expected to happen. However.... The staff was very helpful, even though we weren't able to find the mounts that I needed. I do appreciate their professionalism and the Manager's knowledge of gun laws in this predominantly Blue state.

I could not find my paperwork as I was interested in selling the firearm. I called, explained my situation, and that all I had was a receipt with the name Chelsea. They transferred me to Chelsea and she said se'd look into. No response. I'll called back and she said she emailed it to me. She sent it again. I didn't get it. I called and she suggested looking in my Spam folder. It wasn't there. I called back and asked if she could send me a paper copy and said she could get one out Tuesday. Perfect. So I 'm going through my emails and deleting several and was going to empty my trash folder, but I always look one last time before I empty it. What do I see? I see Chelsea's two previous emails that went right into trash, bypassing my inbox and Spam folder. I downloaded the DROS to my computer. I called my Internet Service Provider and the fault was theirs. Something in their system was dumping emails into my trash and not my inbox. That problem is now resolved. But I can't thank ASP enough for their patience and making every effort to help me...and in spite of me being annoying, they were nothing but patient and courteous . A++++bin my book.

Apparently Sarah never told her about the incident which I had told Sarah all about in the office the next day after ER visit I asked Carol to put up a sign to keep all DOGS on a leash for now on In fact I told her a sign should have been in the window already. We went today and had our new balls drilled. He is knowledgeable and very nice and we are very satisfied with his service.

Based on how it broke, it seemed like a manufacturing defect. I went back to the store hoping they could help, but I was told that once the rod has been used even once it's no longer their responsibility, and I'd have to contact the manufacturer directly. The rod is a Penn Wrath II, for reference. That response was disappointing. When you buy from a retailer, you expect some level of support, especially when a product fails immediately. Just something to be aware of based on my experience, don't expect assistance from the store if there's an issue after purchase. It's alright, I just won't be doing business with them again, and neither will my friends or family.
