Now I have a fraudulent, nearly $6,000 debt in my name. Verizon let this happen while I was deployed out of the country, and never reached out to me. Now it is in collections and damaging my credit, my scores dropped by 50-70 points across all three bureaus. Verizon has not been helpful with the fraud process and has only thrown up red tape and made things even more difficult. I already have an attorney and will be suing. Do not do business with this criminal store and company.
