I was very pleased when my technician,James Ramsey,came out and was very kind and helpful. He got my Wi-Fi going and the service is great.

This company has consistently committed fraud against me and my bank navy Federal credit union. I have had over and over fraudulent charges every month. Even after a "supervisor " fixed these charges . My bill is supposed to be for internet $55 a month. I repeatedly get charged 168 a month. I had a zero balance after supervisor "fixed " this on Dec 3rd on 18th I have a $168 bill.. call center told me they would do me a favor wave $20 reconnect fee I said my service not disconnected my bill not late and her reply was "not yet". They also put me on a automatic bill pay on a bank card that hasn't been activated in a year. BANK FRAUD. Or attempted because my bank caught it. I'm attempting to pay my regular $55 internet fee that was just confined on 3rd of Dec and not two weeks recurring fraud charges not once not twice but every month since activation. I don't normally give one stars but if i could give no stars i would. I mean, it's really bad. From the customer service to the service itself. It's below average. When you call letting them know you're not getting the speed you're paying for, the response is "I'm sorry to hear that Sir, let's see what we can do to change that". As you can see I know it verbatim dues to always calling. Every question I ask, gets no answers. Then I'll be on the phone for 15mins, suddenly the speeds goes up (but just enough to shut up) but not what you're paying for. Once you're off the phone, it's back to low speed. I can't take it anymore, it's to the point I'm going to do what one of my coworkers does. They don't have shy type of cable or WiFi. You save money, save yourself from the time. read more

YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 modems this year and my internet still SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is so annoying and I literally do not have time for it. It is ALWAYS SOMETHING. ALWAYS SOMETHING. I am normally a very positive and patient person but I am at my ropes end with this company. I swear I would almost rather have dial up than this internet. At least dial up worked more consistently. My internet constantly crashes. I constantly have to waste my time and call the company for them to "fix" something that should've been fixed long ago. A guy with spark light came to our house most recently and worked on it and gave us a brand new modem and we still have the same exact issues. Like come on guys the year is 2022 what is really good? I'm on the phone with them now and this is the last time if it is not a total fix this time I will drop them for virtually any other provider read more

Just had an outage from small T-storm. So I called to report the issue. Advised that would be a 15 minute wait time before my call would be answered. Appx 45 minutes later, a man answered and stated that there was an outage in our area and would be appx 30 minutes to an hour to fix the issue, 3 hours later and still no service. read more

I would not recommend this service to anyone. The Wifi is crap the service cuts out like all the time. Our TV in the front room can't stream anything for more then 20-30 min. Which is great. Upload speeds suck.... NO REALLY SUCK!! and the service is metered. In 2017 they are metering how much you can use the internet. Highway Robbery. read more

Would rate 0 if possible. Cable One is honestly the worst cable/isp company I have ever dealt with. The internet speed claims to be 100 mb/s down but in reality it's 40. They don't offer a dynamic ip service, and the ping is incredibly high. If you haven't gotten Cable One yet and you are thinking about it, DON'T! It is a waste of time and money. read more

Have had a problem for this is the fourth day. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The techs name was Ethen Fisher, we had him before for another problem. He was so nice, courteous and patient. Told us our issue was a bigger one and they would be able to fix it later on that day. Ethen checked when I called later to say there was a bigger issue in another city and they would get to me the next morning. He kept me informed on the situation and it was very nice. He even left his personal number in case I needed him again concerning this issue. The tech came the next day and he was very courteous as well...I think his name was Chris...well we were back and running...I later received a call from Ethen to let me know there was another issue that was worked out. All of that to say, what customer service. I commend these gentlemen and Sparklight...You put the Spark in Light...thanks again for your service. read more

Price is high and there are no other choices. In other places suddenlink and century link offer cable and internet for $67 a month. Here we pay over $100 a month just for internet and can't afford cable. read more

I paid days In advance for a lazy tech to come out and question how he was going to get behind my television which I had already hung....who is the Instsller here ??? The absolute worst cable television I've ever had. It takes 30 seconds to scroll to the next channel when trying to "browse" what's on tv. I was promised my package with the channels I asked for and I have about half of them. There is ZERO on demand for STARZ which I was told I had. There isn't on demand for much of anything. I'm going to cancel my tv service. read more
