I had never had a good experience at the Crossroad store. Last Saturday, August 30,2025, Robert, the assistant manager changed this opinion. I had a major issue that customer service would not resolve online. At that point I had decided to use Staples online delivery for all future needs. Since I prefer physical stores -- they keep jobs in our area, and to let the store know my issue (a business cannot fix a problem, unless they know about the problem.). I went to this Office Depot with the receipt, etc. The first person that I saw was Robert. He listened, asked a few questions and resolved my problem, on the spot. I did not have to wait!
