Bill spent time checking the board I purchased elsewhere and my old board. I had also brought my power supply board, he checked that too. I didn't bring the x-board with me as I thought it was for sound, Bill told me I should have brought that too. He spent about 20 minutes checking my boards. I asked him what I owed and he said "don't worry about it" I headed back the next day with the final board in hand. He checked that and said it seemed good. I asked well, what next?? He says "it's hard to tell. Why don't you buy a power supply and if that's not it, bring it back" an option I didn't have with the online purchase. I paid a little more than the cheapest price I could find online but the honesty and personal service I received made it a huge bargain.
