As a business owner myself, I understand that things can get busy, but I found this extremely unprofessional. The least that could have been said was, "We don't have that product in stock," or simply explaining that they couldn't help me. Instead, the call was abruptly ended. Unfortunately, customer service like this leaves a lasting impression. I will not be supporting this business again, nor will I be recommending it to my friends, family, or clients. There are plenty of other businesses that understand the importance of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.

We are new to the south metro area (didn't know this place existed) and after visiting this store, we wished we would've started here instead of online. Their staff was incredibly helpful and we were beyond impressed when they said the truck he bought was a very good one and he should keep it. They easily could've lead him in a different direction purely to benefit their company bottom line. Instead we bought an adapter for him to charge his truck with a standard outlet and promised to be back when he inevitably breaks some of the stock parts. After our son had the 'online purchased' truck charged and played with it for a bit, he decided he loved it........but now he thinks he wants to return it to buy the one we saw in their store that was bigger and only $30 more.

So he had asked about buying an R/C car so I told him we would think about it as those things can get a little pricey. We were educated on the differences between certain types ,models and pros and cons of the huge selection of R/C cars. They have R/C everything. Cars, boats , planes , helicopters and alot of stuff " hobby" related. There is just so much I can't even list it all. I'm talking pool cues, darts, miniature figures, and models. And on and on!! And don't let me forget parts and knowledge. I do believe he even mentioned a track for R/C cars in the back. So if you have a hobby , not woodworking related or along that lines this is the place. Would definitely recommend.
