Exceptional Flooring Experience at The Floor Store in Pensacola!…read more I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Andrea at The Floor Store in Pensacola. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help us navigate all the flooring options for our home project. With years of design experience, Andrea took the time to explain the differences between luxury vinyl plank (LVP), engineered hardwood, tile, and other flooring materials so we could make the best decision for our space, lifestyle, timeline, and budget. What really stood out was her incredible customer service and design expertise. Since I wasn't able to come into the showroom right away, Andrea even FaceTimed me through the store, showing me countless flooring samples, tile options, colors, textures, and finishes. She also shared photos of completed projects to help me visualize how everything would look in a real home setting. Within hours of our appointment, she had already sent over a detailed written quote. The selection at The Floor Store is fantastic, and if you can visit in person, it's absolutely worth it. But even if you can't, Andrea makes the process easy and stress-free. She truly helps you feel confident making design choices when there are so many products and styles to choose from. If you are looking for flooring in Pensacola -- whether it's LVP flooring, engineered wood flooring, tile, or expert interior design guidance -- I highly recommend The Floor Store and especially Andrea. Educated, experienced, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish!

Roy at pinnacle cabinets and closets significantly exceeded my expectations. I had a project with a…read moretight budget and short timeline, and Roy met all objectives. I competed the quote that I received from Roy against three other companies in the area, and only one of them came close in cost. And even at that, it really wasn't that close competition, because the quality of cabinet being offered by the other vendor was not nearly close to what Roy proposed. Roy will likely require a few weeks of lead time to order your cabinets, but the quality of craftsmanship and the quality of cabinet you are getting at a significantly discounted price is well worth the wait. He beat all of the others out with regards to quality he proposed, schedule for getting it all done, and especially on the cost aspect. Hands down, I would use Roy and Pinnacle cabinets for any of my future projects.

About two weeks ago, I was sitting in the local big box store parking lot, dejected over the lack of choices and minimal inventory - I had been to four stores already that morning. I Googled "vanity near me" and was lucky enough that the Cabinet Mart was just a couple miles away. I stopped in, talked with Ronnie for a few minutes, and was sold on a locally sourced vanity of higher quality than I saw at the big box stores. Less than a week after the order was placed it is here in my house, delivered in plenty of time for the upcoming remodel. I am happy to offer my five star review to Ronnie Ward and the Cabinet Mart. It is always a good thing to work with local businesses. Once I finish the remodel, I hope I remember to post before and after photos.

It took a while to get it done, so plan on the crew not going fast. However, the work is flawless. The attention to detail was amazing. I would use them again without a second thought, but I would add about two weeks to the estimate of how long. Much of that time, I think is on my wife and me because they had to work around us. You probably can find faster or cheaper folks to do tile for you, but I have absolutely no doubt that you can not find someone better.

Their end result was pulling up and shredding at the doorways and the pads were unevenly ripped, not cut and had to be replaced again by another company because the feeling was bad. I reached out to Duggins 3 times to fix this. The owner said they'd stand by their work and sent a new guy to fix the wavy carpet and then ceased responding and refuses to come to the phone when I call the company. They chose not to stand by their work or competently lay down a square of carpet /pad.

When I called Josh regarding a major problem, in which I showed him pictures, he immediately jumped into action and did what an excellent sales person does. He ordered new parts for my cabinets, but he also came out to see what had happened. His manager also came out to look at the issue. They sent out a wonderful installer, Josh Hall Jr. to install the new cabinets. They also reinforced them with additional brackets to hold up the shelves. I also have to say that Josh was very helpful with scheduling changes since there were health issues in my family which caused me to adjust or change schedules. Josh Webb isn't a sales person that just sells he cares about his clients being completely satisfied with his products.
