I would choose Cabinet Depot again. Not only would I choose them, I will seek them out for my next project. It's that simple. That's all you really need to know. Recently completed a master bathroom and walk-in closet remodel. Cabinet Depot far exceeded my high expectations. The Cabinets are top quality. And there are more than a few of them. (How I lived without soft-close cabinets and a special drawer with internal telescoping electric outlet just for a hair dryer is beyond me?) This project included demolition of walls and moving plumbing and electrical. Cabinet Depot guided the entire process. Casey from Cabinet Depot met with my wife. After the better part of her Saturday, she had the design for my wife's dream closet and bathroom. The project included demolition, relocating plumbing, electrical work, tile, texturing the walls, installation of custom trim, painting, custom cabinetry, a custom framed mirror, barn doors, chandeliers and of course herringbone pattern tile floor throughout. Each and every subcontractor was respectful of my property, professional and a pleasure to work with. And by pleasure I mean they arrived prepared with detailed plans, came in, went to work and left. Notably, at the end of each day, they left my house cleaner than when they arrived! The contract called for a dumpster. Never needed it. At the end of the day, any debris was hauled away. Cabinet Depot Employees: Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Casey or Lindsay who will smile, stand up and welcome you. Casey was our designer. And she is just that: A true designer. Casey and her partner Lindsay are trained in this. They know their products and they have innate artistic vision which resulted in a spectacular closet and bathroom. Brendan owns Cabinet Depot. He came by frequently to check on us and the project. And he answers his cell phone when I call. Carl took detailed measurements and spent a lot of time and effort delivering and hauling. We looked at a lot of different places for cabinets and flooring, and Cabinet Depot was the only one that offered a GC to coordinate all the different crews coming in and out each day for our remodel. Their price was fair, and when unknown issues appeared (my house was built in 1978 and has had SEVERAL prior remodels, and significant termite damage we were not aware of) they didn't blink, had the right people and expertise to handle anything this old house threw at them. They were very transparent about costs, materials shortages, and timelines. They did multiple final walk throughs to make sure we were satisfied with the new kitchen, and the functionality of everything. They signed up for a kitchen remodel, but stuck with us through reframing half our house due to unknown, and tremendous termite damage discovered. Cabinet Depot is our choice in Pensacola for cabinets! We have had kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed in two homes over the past 7 years and we have had exemplary service from the start to the completion! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very patient! We made several revisions over the design phase and we were always made to feel as though it was a natural part of the process. There was never any pressure and they worked around our work schedules. Samples were made available so we knew exactly what to expect when we ordered. The cabinets are quality as are all the drawer slides and drawer pulls. Installation is superb! Ohe of the side panels on of the kitchen islands did not match exactly. This was noticed by the installer who informed Brendan, one of the owners, and a new panel was ordered before we ever saw the completed project. Brendan and his team at Cabinet Depot helped my Mom pick her new kitchen countertops, which was not an easy task. She had no idea what she wanted but they were patient enough with her to find out more about her and help determine what she needed. She LOVES to bake and the old owner had placed tile squares on the existing countertop which made it impossible to prepare things.
